Your initial appointment usually will consist of a comprehensive examination including x-rays and review of your treatment options. Usually, treatment can be done or started the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Oral hygiene is necessary for eliminating bacteria in the mouth. Bacteria builds to form plaque that can harden and lead to long-term ailments such as gingivitis, a mild form of gum disease, and periodontal disease if it is not removed. A good dental care routine and regular check ups will keep your mouth healthy and prevent inflammation, infection, decay, and tooth loss.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Wonder provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.

I'm in the middle of a lot of dental work. After having a molar pulled 2 weeks ago, Taylor, one of the dental assistants called that evening to see how I was. I told her I wanted an egg roll really bad but couldn"t risk it. So today as I was leaving from another appointment she had an eggroll in a go box for me. How cool is that from your dentist office? They are so nice, they were so gentle with my teeth, that it was like getting a massage on my teeth! Great with kids, and their pumpkin spice chapstick they give you in the goodie bag, is somehow like eating a slice of pie. I'm not sure how a dentist office could be so perfect, but they seem to have mastered it.

I had the opportunity to work at Wonder Family Dental & Dentures for over three years and it was by far the best place I’ve ever worked! Not only does Dr. Wonder treat her staff like family, she also treats her patients with the same love and care. As a former employee I can honestly say the staff works well together and each member of the team is a true gem. They listen and truly care about each patient! Dr. Wonder is not at all money hungry, her goal is to change the face of dentistry and treat each patient like they are her own father, mother, sister or brother and give the best care she possibly

When I moved to the area, I was looking to work for a dentist who was compassionate and an excellent teacher (with a lot of patience) and somebody who did not scam their patients. And believe it or not.... that's HARD to find in a doctor these days. It took me months to find the perfect work place to call my home because I was not willing to settle for less. Dr Wonder and her team are AWESOME!!!! I have had so much work done on my teeth over years and years that when I find a team of people that are knowledgeable, caring and darn funny it puts me at ease knowing we are taken care of. It took us some time to find just the right fit when we moved to the Olympic peninsula so the 40+ mile drive is so worth it!!!!

Wonder Family Dental is aptly named to be sure. I’m so grateful I found them. Really kind and happy staff, super positive and welcoming. Some things that really stand out for me:
Empathy and skill when working on your teeth. While it’s not always fun getting your teeth cleaned, Doc has such skill with tools and was so caring and communicative that the process was the best I’ve ever had, even though it had been a while for me (meaning a deep clean). Never once was I shamed.
I never felt pushed or rushed and it’s a really clean and healthy facility. Excellent COVID protocols speak volumes

Dr. Wonder Is a fantastic dentist - as well as an artist! She rebuilt a couple of my teeth that had been ill treated (by me), and the color matching by Dr. Wonder was absolutely perfect. Not even the tiniest bit of a shade different - an absolutely perfect match. On top of that, everyone, and I do mean everyone, who works at the practice is nice. It sounds cliched, but when I walk in, I feel like I'm surrounded by friends. I've been to more than a few dentists - Dr. Wonder is by far the best!
