Dr. Remy Rogers could be the most diligent, skillful, conscientious and competent dentist I have ever visited as a patient. She has great hands when administering the novocaine pain shot and her superior skills puts her ahead of many dentists I have utilized when it comes to having to have a crown placed. Highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment as a first time patient. I just had x-rays a week ago at another dental office. The receptionist that answered the phone told me I would have to have another xray at this office. I told her the previous office I went to said they would forward my x-rays as long as I signed a release form through kitsap gentle dentistry. The receptionist wasn't interested in that and kept saying I needed a new current x-ray on a tooth the other office wanted to put a crown on. I told her it was just a week ago that the xray was done and it's not logical that I have to have

I recommend this dental clinic to anyone. The people who treated me were professional and very nice even after all the talking I did. I am very nervous with all the time I will be spending in the dental chair. Turning down a dental x-ray should not anger a Dentist. I was trying
to save money because I pay out of pocket. I still like to get my teeth
clean. I had no noticeable decay to my teeth. I just had a dental xray 11
(eleven) months earlier. I asked for another appointment and the receptionist, with a smirk on her face, told me that she was not going to schedule me another appointment. If you like to deal with empathetic people who understand financial woes, DO NOT go to this facility.

As usual, the staff was absolutely wonderful especially during this current Pandemic. The Dentist went above and beyond to locate my new crown by driving to the different shipping companies. My temporary crown broke in half and they got me right in and had the new crown on within 45 minutes. We absolutely love this Dentist office.

I've been going to this dental office for about six yrs. which is the longest I've ever stuck with a dental office, when they know your a dental phobic they always!!! Remember not just one or two appts but every appt!!! I really appreciate the whole staff!!! Thank you for your compassion and understanding when it comes to those who are complete dental phobic!!!'

I have been coming here for several years and Dr. Rogers is the best. She always makes me feel at ease and explains the procedure thoroughly so there is never any question or worry about my treatment. This review is for Nicole she did my cleaning and she was amazing! I was really scared to go to a new dentist office because some can be so rough and careless but Nicole was the complete opposite she was gentle and considerate (I had some sensitivity in the back of my gums as I found out my wisdom teeth are coming in) and she just was so thoughtful! I have nothing bad to say about this place they were all so helpful and friendly (:

My experience was absolutely wonderful! The dental hygienist was amazing and made me feel very at ease. The office is clean and inviting. When I went to go brush my teeth beforehand, I was a bit confused (because there was no toothpaste) but I found out that the toothbrushes that are provided already have toothpaste on them! My dentist was excellent as well. I am planning on bringing my children here for their dental care. I highly recommend!! They were very thorough, informative and professional. 5 stars!! I will be returning!

Came in for a check up, x-rays & cleaning with a Goupon purchase . Gail was my hygienist. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. What Impresses me the most is that they were very aware of the germ factor ,changing gloves when they should. To keep you safe and protected from germs ... unlike I've seen at other dentists ,where the assistant thinks the gloves are for her protection and that it's ok to pull the under seat of the chair over and use a pen , leave the room and then want you to open your mouth. I would have given 5 but after my last appointment I wasn't very pleased. Don't get me wrong I like the dentists; im so glad Dr. Rogers is back, the front office girls are wonderful; sometimes they can be a little short which can be mistaken as rude but I've been there enough to know that just means they've had a stressful day, and the assistants and 1 hygienist is great. Unfortunately I didn't have my normal hygienist, Amanda, and had Gail this last time and I don't want to see her again. I was seriously thinking about leaving but the girls upfront made sure I will

Dentists are great, no problem with that.
Good thing here, my toddler has not been afraid to visit the routine dental checkups, and rarely does it have a problem since they are gentle, accommodating and really engages my son to participate. He always looks forward to visiting the dentist regardless if it was Dr Spaulding or Dr. Yoon, that's why I decided to stay with them until we moved.

I went to this dental practice for a couple years (my first yelp review on KGD was in 2013) and from then until winter 2015 my dentist was switched three times. First I saw Rogers then she left the practice, then I saw Dr B (who was awesome) but she also left, and then surprise my most recent visit I was told I had a new dentist, Dr Yoon. I don't like that I wasn't notified of the change in dentist, you just show up to your pre-booked appointment to find a new dentist assigned. Bad customer service if you ask me, I don't appreciate being tossed around.

I'm extremely scared of going to the dentist, but the staff at KGD has been very accommodating, and has helped me calm down. They are soothing without being patronizing. I also have vertigo and can't lie back in a chair all the way, and they've been able to accommodate me. In the past, other dentists have refused. The staff at KGD has always wanted to take care of my teeth, and in order to do that, they've been understanding, and they've known what they have to do to help me relax so they can do their jobs. Other dentists I have tried say they are gentle, but KGD is by far the most considerate and truly gentle dentists I have gone to.
If something is bothering you during your visit they will immediately stop and make sure you are ok. I am a 50 year old male that is a big baby and they treated me with great respect and consideration.
My new wife is a big baby and I am going to try and get her to come here soon.

I love this business! Everyone on staff has great customer service and great attitudes. They make you feel very welcome every time you come. They have toys, tv's, and even blankets to make your kids feel comfortable. They have surprises for your kids when they get done. My kids look forward to going here.:)
