Instead of hand shake or a hug, do Namaste bow-brings harmony and peace. A symbol of honoring one another. Eat nourishing organic foods. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay away from sugary and junk food. Practice Hatha Yoga. Especially all the shoulder and arm movements to increase immune system we have been doing in yoga classes.

Walking or biking are very helpful to move the lymphatic system at the lower extremities of the body. Practice deep breathing: Inhale from the belly hold it as long as you can comfortably then exhale through the mouth slowly several times. The regular practice of Yoga can provide many real and noticeable benefits.

Tysu has studied Ayurveda with Dr. Sarita Shristha, Dr. Sarasvati Buhrman, Western medicine with Dr. John O Hearn, and John Douillard, Ashtnanga Yoga with Richard Freeman, Classical Hatha Yoga with Susan Flanders, Prana Yoga for several years. Back aches, neck aches, restless leg syndrome, hypothyroid, insomnia, depression, knee problems, Female problems such as incontinence, menopaus, and etc.
Hatha Yoga: A specialized branch of bodily postures and techniques for health and longevity. Hatha is useful, and produces spectacular physical results, but this branch of yoga is little used by Yogis bent on spiritual liberation. Dr. Carl Jung. Hatha Yoga is gentler than Ashtanga, it is very healing for the body and mind, and aging comes more gracefully.
Yoga has been very good for my cycling fitness and flexibility. In the summer months when the legs develop more muscles, I usually become less flexible and more prone to injury. Yoga has helped me to become more limber which has improved my strength, endurance and fitness. Yoga with Tysu also helps to calm the mind so that you feel energized and ready for the rest of the day and week.
One should forgive under any injury. It hath been said that the continuation of the species is due to man's being forgiving. Forgiveness is holiness; by forgiveness the universe is held together. Forgiveness is the might of the mighty; Forgiveness is sacrifice; Forgiveness Is quiet of mind. Forgiveness and gentleness are the qualities of the Self-possessed.

I HAVE BEEN WITH BACK PAINS FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS......AND BETWEEN BREATHING AND YOGA CLASSES PAIN HAS DECREASED A LOT, I AM MORE ENERGIZED, FEEL MUCH BETTER, HAVE BEEN MOVING MY ENERGY AND BODY IN A DIFFERENT WAY....EVEN EYES, WRISTS, FINGERS AND BACK THAT ARE EXHAUSTED FROM THE COMPUTER; FEET AND TOES....EVERYTHING IS GOING BACK TO SHAPE......ONE BREATH AT A TIME IF YOU ARE IN EVERGREEN OR AROUND, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TYSU YOGA
