Very unprofessional, The aids are put in place to help disabled and elderly people with discuss theirdaily needs personal hygiene, cooking and cleaning. The representative conducted an intake assessment with my mom and they agree upon services. They have sent multiple aids to help my mom and there has been many problems since their aids started working. They sent one assitance that was allegic to animals and one who refused to be around people that curse. They also sent an aid that wasnt allow to reach or lift over 10 lbs.
