Services
Receive individual assessments and care planning by a neurologist. Then receive your long-term, in-home aide services from graduates of our proprietary neurology care training program. Enjoy a program designed to not only offer convenience and comfort but also to maximize mental and physical ability.
Before you choose a home care agency, put them to the test. Ask the questions that will reveal whether they are prepared to provide care that is competent and trustworthy. We employ our nurses and home care aides directly. This gives us more influence over training, continuing education, and other issues related to quality of care.
Family: Include your family in the process and talk to your loved one when everyone is in a comfortable place. Choice: Offer options to start slow and be willing to help manage the search for the best agency. Examples: Talk about the specific types of things the agency can do: driving, housekeeping, cooking, bathing, dressing, medication management, etc.

I have worked with this agency for a year and admire the true caring for patients and staff who are all treated with respect. Despite the craziness of surprises in home health, I’ve always felt supported and appreciated by the DON and the schedulers, a climate set by Denise, the Owner. It’s a pleasure to be part of this team.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM... PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE YOU TALK TO THEM.
This is a scam. A guy named NAV will come with no data and nothing to back up his claims. He will ask to spend about $80-$90 a month instead of current $40-$50 you might be spending with relaince. He will say you will guaranteed save money on monthly bill to make up the gap between what you are spending now and what you would be spending but will not write on a piece of paper. He doesn't even have names or addresses of any place where he has installed this. Oh and the free equipment they are saying they will give is not free either

As a Care Manager I have used HCN for a client of mine. They distribute the care plan we have devised together to their aides and also call them as needed to explain his individual needs and likes. John is responsive in coordinating the aides and addressing any issues that may come up. John T, RN came and met my client the first day he had services. Great company to work with!

At Putnam Health Advocates, we are stringent and "picky" about who we use to provide services for our Care Management clients. Home Care Now is our go to company for several reasons. First, their CEO, Denise Seaman, has the same values and priorities I do when it comes to client services and caregiver opportunity and, secondly, their staff is spot on in skills and experience. We have worked with their nursing and home health aide staff and all of them were very good, flexible and experienced. Finally, their in-office staffing coordinator, John Michael Tomzack and Director of Nursing John Tyrkala

My name is Therese and I am the Care Manager for Home Care Now. I case manage Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. I have spent most of my career as an Operating Room Trauma Nurse/Traveling Nurse and I decided to change course and move to a different aspect of Nursing. I accepted a position with Home Care Now and am very glad I made that decision over 2 years ago. I don't ever remember throughout my whole career ever saying that I really LOVE my job until this job. This is not a corporate entity it is proudly owned by Denise and her husband Bill and they are local residents of Pinellas County

My mother absolutely LOVES her aide from Home Care Now. Erica is so sweet, attentive, detail-oriented, and friendly. She makes my mom smile every time she sees her! I really appreciate how this company screens potential employees during the hiring process and goes the extra mile to find a really good match for their clients. It takes a special person to go into a seniors home and make them feel safe, comfortable, understood, cared for, and respected. Home Care Now employs those special people. It's a blessing to work with them.

Home Care When?
My family signed a contract for home care to be delivered three days a week. By the terms of the contract, Home Care Now was obligated to call us and give us a two hour window for service. On the very first day, nobody called us or showed up. The second day, we received proper service with a call and a visit. On the third day, nobody called and nobody showed up.
I called them to cancel the contract. The person I spoke to did refund our deposit and apologized. He mentioned staffing problems. No kidding.
Our contact at the local Veterans Administration office recommended Home Care

Have worked for them for 4 years on a PRN basis. Love it. I don't have a minimum set of monthly hours or shifts they make me work to keep PRN status like othrr places. They work with you and your schedule for school or another job. High quality of staff and care. Many of the nurses I know have 10+ years of experience as a nurse in acute care settings. Fantastic agency!
