I can't say enough about how helpful Auburn Pharmacy has been in resolving a very unique situation I had with respect to Covid vaccines. I had tried to find some answers but was unable to do so. The mass.gov website had a Covid helpline and they told me to ask my PCP. My PCP directed me right back to the Commonwealth. I then tried to find an answer through the CDC but still came up empty. When I explained my situation to the pharmacist at Auburn Pharmacy, he worked incredibly hard to find the information I needed and resolved what had been a very confusing situation.

This IS the best pharmacy ever. V is so helpful in so many ways. He has been helping us transition my mom to monthly pill packaging. He is so patient and supportive of her. He even offered to go to her Assisted Living Facility and help her with her first pack! He cares for his customers and is always there to help. I’m so thankful that we found Auburn Pharmacy. Thanks for all you do.

Auburn Pharmacy is the best service you can ask for! They are very personable, know me by name and always are very welcoming and friendly! I recently got prescribed a $2000 prescription, very hard to get approval from the insurance company's. Vrushank worked with my Dr, insurance company, and supplier to get the approval and on top of that did his homework and got me a coupon to cover the $100 co pay for this particular medication!

BEST PHARMACY . The owner is very personable and will remember you by name! He takes the time to make sure everything is correct based on previous history, and if there is any issues, he takes the extra initiative to solve the problem.

I typically get my prescriptions at Walmart, but they were unable to fill a new psych prescription that I needed ASAP. I just happened to stop here and they were great -- very friendly and personable, quick, efficient, and they had the stock. Each of the techs and the pharmacists introduced themselves to me, too! A very nice small business that deserves local support. I'll be going to them again, for sure.
