I am an avid member attending the Water Aerobics classes in Buffalo Grove from 9-10am everyday! Carl is the BEST instructor!!!! However, he cannot work 7 days a week and we need an enthusiastic trainer for Thursday's!!! Last week a sub came in and his name is Werner... WOW! This man is a PRO and knows how to motivate, get everyone moving and working out in the water and have fun! Werner-PLEASE come back for Thursdays!!!! Everyone loves you and you get us so motivated and we have the BEST workout ever in the Pool!!!

Pros: never crowded and plenty of space to socially distance. Large selection of equipment, at least when it comes to free weights (including squat racks).
Cons: it's almost too big, and the set up/layout is strange. I like to be efficient when I work out and this place makes that very hard. It's like they stuck equipment where it would fit, not where it should practically go. Doesn't seem like it was designed by someone who knows their way around a gym. It's also way too expensive - I choose to pay the premium during covid because it's easy to socially distance, but the gym itself is not worth

BEWARE! The staff here believes that they are the German gestapo and you must obey their orders or be removed. Not being aware of one of their millions of rules is NO EXCUSE!! Was asked to leave because of their “no cell phone” policy in the workout area. My mother called with a minor emergency that I was helping her with and almost instantly an extremely rude staff member (would NOT provide his name, but let’s call him “blackshirt”) asked me to leave immediately. When I tried to explain I was told to follow the rules or my membership would be terminated. This is not at all what they

Well, I just got an offer to terminate or place my membership on hold right while walking in to the gym, by a team member, that says he is a manager on duty. Reason? - I asked. He said that I must wear a mask if I can’t obey the rules - I should walk out.
No mask been offered to me. Just a strict kick out. What a customer service. It’s crazy.
