From the roof to the crawlspace! This is a comprehensive inspection of accessible areas and components of the home. It is intended to give the buyer a better understanding of the current conditions and working order of included components and systems at the time of the inspection. The Inspector strictly adheres to the ASHI Standards of Practice and code of ethics.
Todd is our Managing Partner and Chief Inspector. He has a 20+ year background as a self employed maintenance and building contractor. Todd takes a hands-on approach on all of his projects, from the beginning of site work to the finishing touches. Todd has performed several thousand home inspections and is one of the most knowledgeable and requested inspectors in the region.
