If you want inspectors that look out for you and your interests instead of being interested in just getting paid and signing off on anything, I urge you to use this excellent service. It is the best money I have ever spent. I called them on a Monday and by Wednesday afternoon they were inspecting my house. Brett was fantastic! I hired Omega to perform an inspection on a mobile home that I just purchased on Friday February 21st 2020. The inspection was very thorough Rusty was extremely professional and answered all my questions in easily understood terms. I then received via email the complete report. Very professional inspection for my home. Was able to take the information provided to get money off of the home that I was purchasing since they found things wrong with the home that were not apparent. Used them for a wind mitigation as well to save money off of my homeowner's insurance. Very timely and were able to get out to inspect the home immediately as I was on a bit of a time commitment that I had to adhere to. Would recommend their services to future homebuyers like myself.
