Whether you are buying or selling, a home inspection makes good sense. A professional home inspector is an impartial third party's visual evaluation of the physical structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roofing, interior and exterior. Using the "MATRIX DELUXE" reporting system created by IT A, you get an in depth, computerized home inspection that meets or exceeds all industry standards.
This report is easy to follow with artwork and detailed explanations to provide you with a greater understanding of what is looked for during your Home Inspection. Any discrepancies that are found during the inspection are documented during the inspection with digital photography to take the guess work out of the specifics.

A 4-point insurance inspection is being required more by insurance companies in the State of Florida for homes that are between 30 and 50 years of age. A 4-point inspection is NOT a comprehensive home inspection and can take as little as 15 to 30 minutes to complete. A 4-point inspection looks at age and functionality of the electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing and roof systems of the home.
At Thomson Home Inspections, we follow the Inspection guidelines and Standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). The Inspection includes an evaluation of such important elements as: Grounds, Foundation, Exterior, Roof, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Electrical, Interior, Garage, Kitchen, Bathrooms and the Pool.

When it came time to have the home we were hoping to buy inspected my real estate agent told us that he would handle everything. He set us up with Thomson Home Inspections. Dave, the owner of Thomson, went through the house and found everything that was wrong, be it large or small. He documented each issue using both words and pictures and made suggestions for how what we might want to do to fix them. He then compiled all of this information in a big blue binder with his business name on it and sent it to us in the mail (as well as through email).

I'm in the process of buying a new home. My real estate agent, Jessica Vasconez from Majestic Real Estate Services, recommended Dave Thomson Home Inspections, Inc
Dave was great!
He was professional, thorough, knowledgable, & friendly.
I was impressed with his work. He got there early & when I arrive he greeted me & asked if I had any specific concerns about the house. Most of my concerns he had already noted in his report & was able to quickly address.
He gave good suggestions about repairs & maintenance too.
The property inspection report was detailed & professional
