Kerri is a wonderful human being as well as being a gifted and extremely talented hair colorist and stylist. She also gives a divine scalp massage with the shampoo. She always makes my hair look great, and I always leave the salon feeling pampered and beautiful.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, Lindsey did a great job with my haircut and gave me good product and styling recommendations!

It's not easy to find someone who can give my hair a good cut. Lindsey did a great job, cared to plan the right style even though I wasn't so sure about it. She's also welcoming and pleasant.

I was in Kerrie’s care for color and trimming; her attitude was very professional, with high level approach to customer needs and desires. Friendly, attentive to details and very welcoming. Absolutely Incredible! Julia-Rose was my stylist and she was totally phenomenal. I rarely write reviews for things, but TBH the folks at Lola were so lovely I couldn't help it! Not only were they delightful to chat with, they also had SNACKS and DRINKS which they offered-- everyone was super respectful and totally masked up the whole time too. I also got an awesome haircut-- even though I was nervous to try something new everyone in the salon was so kind and made me feel right at home. If you're thinking about booking here, totally do it!

Anisa took such time and attention to my hair! I feel soooo great and love the cut and style she did. Super happy!

I came in disheveled from traveling and Julia-Rose took me under her wing and revived my hairstyle with kindness and skill. Thank you!

The appointment took an hour give or take 5 minutes. At checkout they surprised me with an additional $37 charge due to over time? So needless to say, I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. Maybe tell people this before they book the appointment and be more forthright. Also, I've been there before and they never charged me extra like this.

Keep the $37 clearly you're desperate for it.

Janelle gave me a great cut. Also there are good COVID precautions: employees are vaccinated and wear masks, and clients are required to wear masks.

Jannelle is incredible! A master in color and an artist with the scissors! I recently moved and just couldn't find anyone comparable so I have decided to drive 2 hours just to get my hair done by Jannelle. Totally worth it!

Came back for daughter #2! I'm so happy we found Lola!

Lindsey has been cutting my hair for over a year now and I could not recommend her enough! She consistently does wonders on my super fine/thin hair. Even though I no longer live in Cambridge I make the drive to see her Bc she is THAT good! ‍

Anna is a spectacular hair artist and a wonderful person. I've been her client for about fifteen years, and have never had a bad cut or color. The only time I wasn't 110% satisfied with my color, she made small corrections until I was. Anna combines personal warmth and consummate professionalism with years of experience and passion. Her haircuts make it easy to style my hair in its natural curls or a blow-out, and her eye for color is unmatched. I never leave our appointments feeling or looking less than my best.

I saw Jannelle recently for a blonding service, my hair color was auburn with blonde highlights around the face, and natural salt and pepper roots. I was looking to get to a platinum shade, and I guessed it would take more than one appointment to get there. She performed two back-to-back blonding sessions, heavily conditioning my hair throughout. She monitored my hair carefully in order to minimize any damage. I was pleasantly surprised when the final color revealed was a beautiful platinum shade which will only need a small tweak in a few weeks to eliminate some minor streaks of yellow. My hair

From the second I walked into Lola, I felt like a valued member of their family; not just any old customer. Drea at the front desk greeted me and made sure anything I needed was taken care of, offering me a place to sit and relax before my haircut as well as a beverage of my choice.
Adriana gave me the most relaxing shampoo I've ever experienced; a budding stylists assistant, I know she is going to make an incredible stylist one day as she learns from the very best and already has many of the intangibles under her belt which I learned through talking and working with her.

A beautiful salon, a terrible haircut. Stupefyingly, amateurishly wrong all over. I have holes in my hair; an un-even cut, plus totally different from what I wanted.

I really like this salon. I had tried several closer to my house before finding this and am very happy. They're good at listening to what you want and taking into account what you are actually going to do with it day to day. I see Julia-Rose and she does a great job!

I had such a positive experience at Lola Hair Studio today. Warm, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, Anisa is a talented stylist. Although I am moving out if state, I plan to make the trip back to Massachusetts for future appointments with her. This is the best cut that I’ve ever had!

I just recently got my hair cut here and at first I loved the experience. My stylist was very considerate and talked me through adding some long bangs. I got a little worried during the cut though as she was adding layers in a way I'd never seen before. It wasn't until after I paid for my haircut and got home that I realized that the back of my hair had the choppiest layers i have ever seen. I wish I would've been shown the back of my hair in the salon because that would've saved me from then having to go back later that day to get my hair fixed. Even after getting it fixed

JULIA is by far the best hair stylist I've ever had. Every cut she gives me is my new favorite cut. Great with curly hair. She really gets how it works, takes her time and listens. And she's so much fun to speak with -- and also fine with you putting your ear buds in and doing your own thing.

The salon is also doing a great job keeping everything sanitary and healthy with COVID.

The entire staff is kind, helpful and welcoming. My salon for life!

Mind blown I am new to the area, took a chance on a salon and it didn't work out. In my panic I was referred to Lola Hair Studio. There was no way I could leave my hair the way it was but I was also now scared to even touch it.

I reached out on a Thursday and made the appointment, explained my needs and right away they had me scheduled and my client data in their system. This generated reminder messages and updates and was very easy to use. They took me in a Monday night @ 7:15 MONDAY! Can you believe it?

I got there and was greater right away! Anna, the owner came over and got me settled

I have been going to Jannelle Singleton for 20 years. Lola is a fabulous salon- clean and bright and always fun. Jannelle has given me many fabulous haircuts over the years and she is a wonder with color. She has a real sense of the person, your hair, head shape etc. I completely trust her and would recommend her and the salon to anyone! My daughter has been going for the same 20 years.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hair studio! The service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Kerri really did an amazing and efficient job on my hair--she basically breathed new life into it. Before it was kind of just boring and drab, reminiscent to a curtain of hair. I feel like I have so much more movement without sacrificing my length.
