Dr. Bayette came to the United States when he was 15 years old and overcame many barriers to carve out an academic career for himself, completing dental school at the Medical College of Virginia Dental School and also a three-year residency at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Vaheed Bayette has now been practicing dentistry for over 25 years.

Dr. Bayette and everyone here is terrific-I’m almost embarrassed to say I look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Bayette is comprehensive, competent and thorough. I’m not an easy dentistry patient and he helps and shows me what to do to take care of my teeth and gums. I’ve had many dentists and he’s the BEST.

I just moved back to San Diego and so thankful to have found Dr. Bayette and his team. I had a great experience in my recent visit! From the thorough cleaning and the great brushing and oral care recommendations I received from Olga, the dental hygienist, to the extensive consult with Dr, Bayette advising around areas of focus moving forward, I was very pleased with the level of and attention provided.
The environment was very comfortable, and the staff extremely welcoming (thanks for all of your great communication leading up to my visit, Diane!!) and personable.

As a NP Dentist/ Patient my experience at this office was very enjoyable. The entire office staff was in synch with one another and took the time to get to know me.
Dr. Bayette has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and thorough. Olga, my favorite Hygienist is comprehensive in her care and gentle with her touch. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to find their new “dental home”!

Dr. Bayette is an amazing dentist. I took my daughter in because she had a filling that fell out and needed a cleaning. It had been over 1 year since she had seen the inside of a dental office. It was our first time meeting Dr. Babette and instantly I could tell he was Very knowledgeable and gentle. My daughter does have some fear, she is afraid of pain. Let’s be honest, who isn’t. He was patient with her and explained everything to her. In the end he got her to smile and laugh. I do think that continuing to see him every 6 months will become easy for her.

This is my main dentist now, besides the exemplary care they provide they also have excellent customer service. Between the receptionist, dental assistants, and Dr. Bayette, I have received an all-around enjoyable experience with them.

Have been seeing Dr. Bayette since he started his practice in San Diego. A genuinely kind and concerned individual. He does excellent dental work and doesn't hesitate to discuss various options and the pros and cons associated with each one as well as cost tradeoffs. I had some cosmetic work done on a chipped tooth and he did a superb job matching the color and shape and you could tell he took exceptional care in making sure it was the best possible solution. He has a very positive energy and it influences everyone in his office. Very kind and caring staff.

Dr. Bayette explains everything thoroughly. He is very honest about the work you may have to have done and the work that can wait with some monitoring. The staff is super nice and extremely considerate. The office is very bright and clean.
Your first visit will take 2 hours, because they spend the time and attention to getting to know you and your dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Bayette!

Incredible. First off, the quality can't be beat. The crown I just got looks like a real tooth. Leaps and bounds above previous work I've had from other dentists. Secondly, the office is welcoming, kind, and informative. I had bad experiences as a kid, so dentists used to scare me. Not anymore. Dr. Bayette tends to get his patients so relaxed that they fall asleep! Absolutely zero discomfort. I'm so so pleased. I wish I'd found him years ago.

Yesterday I received a call from my daughter's school that I needed to get there right away as a boy had accidentally run into my daughters face, and now one of her brackets from her braces was lodged into her lip.On the way down I called her orthodontist, but they were closed. Dr. Bayette has been my dentist for about 15 years since he first started practicing in San Diego. He is a wonderful dentist. He has done two crowns and a root canal for me and they didn't hurt at all. He put veneers on my two front teeth. They look beautiful and were much more reasonable than what anybody else I know has paid for the same treatment. Best of all he is really nice and gives you a minute by minute account of everything he is doing while he is treating you, which is very reassuring. This guy is seriously the best dentist I've ever been to. I went to another dentist and they wanted to charge me $3000 for loads of work they said I needed. I went to Dr. Bayette for a second opinion and what the original dentist said I needed was not true! Dr. Bayette focuses more on trying to find the root of the problem instead of charging you to put on expensive bandaids. He's the best dentist!

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I heard all my co-workers raving about going to the dentist. But after going for the first time I know understand. I had my very first toothache and had not found a dentist. I was told to call Dr.Bayette's office and did. Diane answered and was super nice and scheduled me to come in ASAP. I went in and Dr.Bayette actually came in and actually listened and asked questions about the pain, and the tooth and then made sure my tooth was taken care of that day. I've been going to Dr. Vaheed forever, it seems, and I've recommended him to everyone I know who tells me they need a dentist. He and his staff are incredibly pleasant, always a joy to return to the office and see everyone. And as far as work done, Dr. Vaheed is SO incredibly gentle and skilled. He communicates everything he's going to do, and his technique is flawless: I've had friends with massive fears of "the chair" who've walked away from the experience promising their firstborn children.
