Several requests to tow. No response no one showed and never got the service of a AAA premium roadside service . Miguel said he was going to come up my private dirt road and I stood in the freezing pouring rain for 25 min with no one showing up and no call backs. So tired of this happening to people in need

I was in need of a tow this morning 8/16/21 because my 2013 BLK BMW wouldn't start. The towing company selected was Community Towing Morgan Hill. I have never used this towing company prior to today BUT will going forward thanks to the professional, patient and highly skilled young man by the name of Derrick.
Derrick arrived on site in a timely manor way ahead of what my insurance agent quoted.
Long story short. We ran into a little hiccup being that my vehicle wouldn't allow the gear to be put into neutral. He attempted another resolve but to no avail. At this point I'm getting a bit anxious

I can’t say enough about this place. I know that tow companies don’t usually get any good press, which is why I wanted to do just that. 5 years ago my boat was stolen, vandalized and then impounded. The Police never bothered to let me know that not only was it not stolen but impounded, it had been two or more months, so the impound fees were sky high. But the owner, not only worked with me for the payments, but he made it possible to get my boat back and keep me from breaking the bank too! I was so grateful that I made the entire towing company a spaghetti dinner, brought it to the tow yard

Used AAA. I called at 5pm, waited two hours for them to tell me i could not ride in backseat of the tow truck due to covid. At this point in time, every business is reopened, very few people were wearing mask. Driver was not wearing mask.
I was willing to wear mask and leave my window open.
They refused because of company policy during covid.
I needed the car towed so i agreed to have it towed under their conditions. After asking who would be there to receive the vehicle, they almost refused to tow because i told them I was the only one available to receive MY car... They left me stranded

I have a 1991 BMW that just turned 30- I’ve had it 27 years and short of 179 k miles later it began to have problems starting and a whole collection of random electrical issues…
Coming home from the final repair place in Vallejo - 87 miles into it I broke down on the same exit C & M auto and Mike at Community tow are located in Morgan hill …I was able to Uber home the remaining 50 miles south to seaside - once home I felt good knowing I was leaving my car with Jose and he uses and works closely with Mike at community tow.
Eventually the repair became almost impossible for them to complete

My car died in Morgan Hill and I had to get it towed. I was so scared that it was going to be really costly and wasn't sure what to expect. Tony was so polite and knowledgeable, he explained that he could fix the car without a lot of cost which was a relief. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain all of the options which made me feel confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of. I will definitely continue to go to Community Towing for all my car needs.

Driver from community towing Morgan hill had no knowledge of vehicle weight ratings. He refused to tow my Dodge Ram 3500 pickup after we had waited 3 hours for his arrival. He referred to the gross vehicle weight rating on the door sticker (which is the vehicles maximum capacity including load combined with the vehicle's weight), with the empty weight of my truck. As my truck was empty, I told him I have a slip from the chp scales stating my vehicles empty weight, yet he refused to look at it and said we only go by the gvrw sticker. He told me his truck could handle 9,000 lbs, my truck weighs

I had the misfortune of needing to get my vehicle towed for the first time ever since getting my license 28 years ago, so have nothing to compare my experience to. That being said, Jason, who was the person who helped me out, was terrific. He was super polite and knowledgeable, and he took care of me and my car quickly. My car was in my garage with a complete shutdown of the systems (electric vehicle), and the car wouldn't even shift to Neutral. That was a problem, but the car did eventually manage to get into Neutral, and we were able to push it out to the road where it was easily loaded

About a week ago my wife had her car broken into. We had a club on the steering wheel and the person who broke in bent the club. It saved the car from being stolen but we couldn't get it off to drive it. We called community tow to get the car towed somewhere. When the tow truck arrived, I talked to the driver by the name of Jason and told him what happened. I told him we couldn't get the club off. Jason is a big strong dude. After a couple of tries he was able to get the club off. He gave us some advice on what we could do. Jason was very kind and professional. Community tow is lucky

If your car is towed here, good luck.
Our car was stolen 40 miles away from here, but this is where the police put our car. We had no jurisdiction over whether or not we wanted this company to tow the stolen (and stripped) car (which was $420+ for towing, NOT including other fees, $100 per night to keep the car) especially since our car insurance had towing which makes me think the police and this place has some sort of deal. We had to talk to the manager about the car (who works only Monday-Friday!!!).
Anyways, our insurance said these companies usually offer to buy the car to sell for scraps

I had no problem waiting for the tow company that was called by my triple A insurance. I pay for extra miles through triple A and when the driver pulled up telling me he could only tow my car to the gas station 100 feet from where my car was hit. I told him I told triple A I wanted my car towed to my house 23 miles away the guy from community refused to tow my car and left me there. I called Broncos towing and they showed up in 15 min and towed my car home. I will be contacting triple A Monday to report this problem with Community Towing

My car was in a rough spot to get out of.. The truck was unable to fit through a gate. Josh, my driver, had towed my car to that location werks earlier after I hit a center island. It took us some time to figure it out how to make it happen. Josh went the extra mile to help me and my hurt BMW.

Great customer service by Jennifer. Mike who came to tow my classic car was on-time, communicated from beginning to end, very polite and had a great attitude. Called several (at least 3) towing services to set up a pick up date and time and Community Towing was the ONLY company that will actually put me on their schedule. The rest of the other companies kept telling me to call the day of....pff what a joke. Recommend Community Towing.

Called at 4:00 pm to have my truck towed to a garage as it broke down the day before. Dispatcher told me they were extremely busy and it would be 2 hours which I agreed as the truck parked in front of my home. Four hours later I was still waiting for the tow truck, and my mechanic who was waiting for the vehicle had to leave.
Finally got a hold of the driver who asked" do you still want me to come or if I could wait till the next morning ????
I hung up and called another local tow service who showed up in 40 minutes.
As a long time Morgan Hill resident, I will be passing on community towing

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my car towed near Morgan Hill. But dealing with Community Towing was hands down the best part. They were friendly, helpful, direct and polite. These people are good people, and I'm glad they are helping out the community of Morgan Hill. :)

My son drove his car to go to the store, and it wouldn't start back up. He called AAA and Carlos Perla came out and helped us to get it started. He was extremely helpful and I was extremely impressed with how helpful he was. He cleaned the battery terminals really thoroughly as well as all of the connections and he got it started!! Carlos definitely went above and beyond to help us and we appreciate it so much!!!
Also, I wrote this review from the parking lot and when I pulled out, I noticed that Carlos was across the street making sure that I was able to drive away!! WOW!!!!
