My engine went out in my 2019 Kia Soul, the dealership wanted to charge me over 8k to fix it not to mention the dealership had my car for 4weeks just sitting and never updated me on the status of my car. I called and spoke with Z he gave me a price way below what the dealership quoted, they sent a tow truck to pick my car up from the dealer for free, in 5 business days he fixed my car. I had a good experience at their (now closed) 9/Harper location last year. However... I recently took my car to their remaining Mack location. On a Tuesday. They said they would look at it and call the next day. Wed. nothing. Late Thursday, nothing. So I call and the front desk says "they're still looking at it". Friday morning I go there and it is clear they have never touched it because it is still in the parking lot with four inches of snow covering it. I took it and went elsewhere. Diagnosed two hours later. Fixed two hours after that. Won't be using Champs again.

Beware!! Took vehicle in strictly for diagnosis as to why brand new alternator would not hold a charge. They called and said it was electrical wires to PCM and it would be 50.00. We went to pick up the vehicle and the bill is 275.00. They did not provide an estimate or get authorization. We paid 235.00 in cash and they did not give a receipt. Cant reach the business, mailbox is full. We did not want a new alternator and could have replaced it on our own. We had a warranty on the alternator that was in it, and could have replaced it for free. They forced this work on us, and because we needed

Yeah, no. Had my car in for a diagnosis and repair. They started it Sat, couldn't get it done Mon, so I had to pay an extra day for my rental thru Tues. Initially, seemed fine when I got it back, then I found I was having the same issue I took it in for. So the $340 repair and time spent didn't fix my issue. I took it right back in Weds morning, and didn't get a call from them at all Weds or all Thurs. Finally called them Fri morning and was told 'he'll call you back in a couple hours'. They have the absolute worst follow up of any business I've dealt with, and
