Beware of the 55% parts markup! Any professional repair shop should be in the 20% to 30% range, 35% being the absolute maximum. I've been patient, asking to speak to Bill's manager, several weeks now and no one's made it right yet. The rest of the work seems...ok. I'll update this review if and when there's an effort made to address my concerns with something more than a $25 gift card on a $2k +repair. UPDATE: Strut replacement (original job) I am now told, did not include alignment. I was then told to take it to an alignment shop, where I would pay again for a repair that was supposed to be completed

Severely untrained and unprofessional! I waited over 5 hours for them to tell me they could not install a spare tire onto my vehicle! They strung me along for hours only to tell me at closing they could not put a spare tire on my car without fear of destroying my vehicle. What the hell kind of excuse is that?? If this is an automotive place the least they should be able to do is change a tire! NEVER RELY ON THIS PLACE THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG. JOKESTER IDIOTS.

I moved to the East side 3 yrs. ago. Trying to find a honest and reasonable shop in my area has been difficult. This is the 3rd shop I was trying. I read the reviews and figure some people are just unhappy with life. I stopped in after work on Tues./Weds. And ask if they had financing. Bill was awesome and said yes it's on line. I said I'll see you Friday. Friday I was there when they opened. And was completely satisfied. The price was lower than I inspected. I don't write a review until a couple weeks after. Excellent service! I got an oil change with synthetic oil and my tires rotated. The price was very good. They told me my rear brakes look worn which we knew, but they were honest about the needs of my vehicle. I went next door and had breakfast while they did the service. I certainly will return for service on my vehicle.

I did bring my car back in to have the brakes checked. I was given a free loaner car. Bill did inform me that it may take a couple days until I get my car back. I appreciate the honesty and the information of why. Morisette is having delay shipments just like everyone else is. I will recommend this shop to my family and friends.

I picked this spot cause it was close to my work. I read online reviews and decided to use them for the convenience since they were close. I talked with Bill on the phone and he was extremely professional and courteous and listened intently as I explained the multiple problems I was having. Once my car was with them they did great work and the cost was reasonable and also was able to get my car back within a few hours. I found them to be honest and fair. I would have no issues recommending them to anyone for repairs, and will use them again should issues arise with my vehicle.

Unlike all the other negative reviews I'm giving this place five stars five stars for the friendliness of the employees who work here I don't know who else everybody spoke with but the man that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and accommodating being the day before Thanksgiving the last thing you want is a nail to be in your tire on your way up North I called practically every place from Belle Tire to Discount Tire to the full service gas stations nobody wanted to take me everybody told me it was going to be a two hour wait or that I'm going to have to buy a whole new tire

Oil change, filter and tire rotation coupon- 12.95. They offered to check and fill all fluids for $4 more. I said okay. I said to check the brake pads while the tires are off. I get a call at the local diner where I'm eating breakfast and waiting for the car- they tell me my tranny fluid needs flushing and they'll do it for $209. They told me brakes would be $225 (really?) and they recommended NOT rotating the tires because two are worn differently than the other 2 (never heard that excuse before). They said my air filter was dirty and that would be $25. I said I'd take care

BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was in a jam and had a leak. Took my truck there, because it was the closest place. They told me it was my water pump. Quoted me $350 (which was high, but just needed it done) but ended up charging me $500. Also charged me $30 for a "shop fee" which the RUDE manager, William T. Elvy couldn't even explain. NEVER NEVER NEVER again!!!!!
