King Marine Canvas Products is located a line toss from Salmon Bay, in the heart of Seattle's Maritime District. This design and fabrication facility is large enough to handle commercial jobs as large as those for the Washington State Ferry System or the University of Washington Athletic Department, but modest enough to welcome one-of-a-kind projects such as car covers and protective pads and backstops.
In addition to fabric, King Marine Canvas Products has the tooling and know-how to custom configure stainless steel/aluminum framework and support bows. This means you always get the best solution to your particular needs. The staff includes highly skilled and dedicated craftspeople, most of whom have been with King Marine Canvas Products for many years.

For over 25 years, Handcraft Mattress has set the quality standard for boat mattresses and bedding. They've been the first choice of luxury boat builders such as Viking Hatteras, Catalina, Regal and Nordhavn. If you're interested in having the mattress in your boat be as comfortable as the one you sleep on at home, ask us about Handcraft.
Our work can be found on some of the most luxurious yachts on the water. We will happily work with you directly, or with your marine architect or designer. If necessary, we will travel to wherever the vessel is located to perform the installation. Of particular note is work we have created in collaboration with internationally acclaimed yacht interior designer Sylvia Bolton.
We're the preferred provider for some of the Northwest's icons, including Washington State Ferries, the Seattle Center Monorail and the University of Washington Athletic Department. Our work can also be found on commercial fishing vessels, cruise ships and even the skimmers that aided in the clean-up of the 2010 BP oil spill in the Gulf.

King Marine Canvas is a great company; their work is impeccable and like all of the best companies, they underpromise and overdeliver. When my boat canvas was shredded along all the seams and zippers in the latest 'bomb cyclone', I took it to King; they couldn't promise I'd get it back sooner than 3 weeks, but I got a call 4 days later and it was repaired and ready. I highly recommend King Marine Canvas.

I was very excited to have them redo the top on my motoryacht. Quote came in April, the top was started in July and the boat was open with pouring rain in Oct. Over $5000 in expenses, promises and mickey mouse corrections, two years of leaks and water damage, and lip service, inferior materials already degraded, lopsided seams, I am calling it a DISASTER. Steer clear there are many other competent canvasmakers.

Stellar craftsman...when they show up. Not sure if its a boat industry thing or what but have yet to find someone who does what they say they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. For paying top retail dollar we would have hoped for a bit more...otherwise stellar people and great work.

King Marine Canvas, custom designed, sewed and installed a tonneau cover for my 18 foot Seaswirl runabout 16 years ago. After 16 years it is showing a little wear, but still going strong. The materials are durable, the design elegant and the craftsmanship is superb. When I need boat covers or upholstery, I will be returning to King. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and acquaintances.
