Applicant must show an income of three times rent (before taxes - individual or household income). Proof of income is required by way of bank statements, pay stubs, signed and dated offer letters, etc and must be provided at the time of application. Applicant must have a credit score above 625 (a locked credit history may result in additional fees.)
E-Check (100% free to you): Link your checking or savings account and pay your rent directly through the secure Online Portal at no charge. Credit or Debit Card: Pay your rent using your credit or debit card (with an online convenience fee). Check: Mail your check to PO Box 1416 Oak Park, IL 60304 or drop it off in our mail slot (24 hours a day) at our office located at 649 Madison in Oak Park on the corner of Wesley & Madison.
