Dont waste your time Alejandro Trujillo approved me for an apartment lease signed and the day of move in called me with some lie that the landlord was moving mom in from uk.These people put me in a bad situation they will string you along like you have the apartment and the day of tell you that you cant have the apartment and leave you with a few days from the 1st to find you somewhere to go PLEASE BEWARE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STUCK IN A BAD SITUATION THEY ARE CROOKS

So I had a pleasure to sign up the contract through the agency and the agent Teodora Choneva. After I moved in the apartment I figured out that this apartment is not permitted to be rented. Trying to reach Teidora - no response! Trying to reach the agency manager- no response too! Now I have to leave the apartment!! Spend over 3000$!!! This agency is not professional!!’ Don’t do any business with them!!!!

Amazing firm and top notch service and strategy. The sell of my condo had a handful bumps - covid, a previous low ball sale in the building, and a challenging buyer. Mike and Alex expertly navigated through all this to get the deal done for the max amount. It is crazy times out there right now but life can't sit still. If you're moving forward with real estate these two will handle it while making it as easy and painless as possible.
