Our daughter had danced at Inspiration for five years and she loved it, however they do not compete in competitions which is something she wanted to do. We gave proper written notice that we were leaving at the start of the next year and requested the costumes we had paid for for showcase (recital was postponed due to Covid) or to be reimbursed as well as a refund for 2 shows were to watch as a Company event at Chrysler Hall. (also postponed due to Covid) It has been over a year and they still have not returned our money or given us the costumes we purchased. At first we got excuses and promises

My elementary age daughters have been attending for almost a year now. We couldn’t be more pleased.
This is a family oriented studio and you feel that the moment you speak to their Director/Owner, Lisa.
They are focused on skill, but also foster building confidence, character and friendships!
My girls absolutely love it!
They also have a wonderful full day summer camp for all- both dancers and non-dancers.
During the COVID19 shut down, they have kept in touch with everyone and offer virtual classes

Fantastic place. My child attended dance classes here until we moved almost 45 minutes away and it was just too far to be able to make that drive. She absolutely loved it. They are so caring and completely focused on the kids. I couldn't believe how much she learned. She was heartbroken when we moved and she couldn't attend anymore. She has tried two studios close to us and she is dancing but it is definitely not the same. This is a wonderful place if you want to be sure your child is learning and having a fun. I can't say enough positive things about Inspiration Academy.

My Daughter has been dancing at Inspiration Academy for 2 years now and she loves it. She has such a great time in class and at the studio, she loves all of her teachers and she has learned so much just from being around the kids and dancers in the studio. I have had multiply invitations to other studios and i refuse to switch because this is like my daughters second home. Everyone is warm and welcoming and it is an amazing experience.

I've waited MONTHS for the DVD of my daughters final performance (June 2018). I even went so far as to send a self addressed postage paid envelope. No DVD. What I did get was a series of elaborate texts which followed the plot and climax of the Fast and Furious franchise movies with such (obvious) unbelievable facts, they could only be fiction. Also basically told I must live in a bad neighborhood where all my mail gets stolen. It's unfortunate to miss out on having a memento of more than likely the last time my daughter dances. We are relatively new to Inspiration Academy having only been there since November, however, it has been long enough to offer a true assessment of this wonderful studio. I am one that will, both compliment and criticize, a business accurately online to assist others in finding the place that is right for them. And I did take a star away for a reason. This place is definitely right for my family. My daughter is only six and had already experienced a not so enjoyable time at another studio in Virginia Beach, so I was quite reluctant in signing her up for dance anywhere, but her love for dance won

Inspiration academy is a safe and friendly environment and fun for all ages! They offer a wide variety of classes, so everyone can find a class they enjoy. My daughter has attended this academy for four years, and we are constantly impressed by the organization and dedication of both teachers and students. Our little girl is always overjoyed to see her dance friends and learn something new. Her technique has improved tremendously in addition to her social skills.
