I wrecked my vehicle although it was still drivable I needed help with getting the blinker to work. Rena came out and helped me change the blinker light out so that my vehicle could still be driven until it was repaired! She was very nice and friendly. I called back because I wanted to see if they could do a quote and email it to my adjuster and they said that I could come after lunch and they would take care of me! Thank you for ALL you do!

Had my car for 4 months fixed parts incorrectly twice , now that car is “ done “ I go to pick up only to hear a loud noise and vibration!! And for them to tell me that was before accident please avoid if possible, Then when I go in to talk to employs they tried to belittle me and talk to me like I don’t know about cars I guess because I took it to them to get fixed !!

I went to Jerry's to get my car repaired after an accident and the lady at the front desk Rena was great and professional. She was able to take my car in right away without an appt. She was even able to set the car rental up for me. A little over a week later I go to pick my car up once I was handed the key fob I went out to inspect my car. When I looked at my key fob I noticed that the unlock button was pushed in. Then as I was inspecting my car I noticed some over spray on my driver side front tire and rim. I explained this to the estimater Keith Gerhold. He then took the car around the back

Several RED FLAGS not one to read and have never wrote a review, BUT we are living in a new era. Tundra was in the body shop for 30+ days to finally receive a call 2/14 it was ready for p/u however no f/u calls or emails we had to drive to the shop and make inquires. 1st red flag p/u the truck on 2/17 evening and repairs was not completed correctly (under the hood & body repairs) was told to bring the truck back. 2nd red flag returned back to on 2/22 was rudely greeted by Mike at the front desk, smh walked outside and came across a REAL professional gentleman whom assistance us (wish i received

Jerry’s Collision Center is unequivocally the best of the best when it comes to auto repair. I would use the below adjectives to describe my recent very positive experience (my points of contact were Keith Gerhold and Rena Blackwell):
1) Caring – When I first brought my car in to review the damage several staff of the auto group came out to discuss. They truly cared about my concerns and getting my car back into original condition.
2) Professional – The entire staff was nothing but professional in handling my situation and I felt very comfortable that my car would be repaired correctly

I took our company truck in for repair, and when I went to pick the truck up they said everything was good. I go inspect the truck and the drivers side mirror was still broken, yellow paint still on the bumper, and the battery was dead. Took an additional 3 weeks for them to tell me they are not going to fix the broken mirror. Would not recommend.
