Go ELSEWHERE. They are the ARX Geico shop so I was directed there by the insurance company, and made the HUGE mistake to have them performing the repair. A 5 business day job (tot 10 days) ballooned to 18 days with 4 different pick-up dates missed. You get a text the first 4 days which gives the impression they are actually working on it, after that nothing. If you do not call, they will not let you know of any changes, nor realize that they actually have all the parts they need to do the job. Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I was in a fender bender and had my vehicle taken here for repairs 11-30. The original “promise” date was 12/15. On 12/10 I received a call telling me parts were on back order, and new date would be 12/31. I was impressed with the proactive call and understood a part being on back order was out of their control. I was told they were waiting on one part, I called and confirmed they received that part 12/16, ahead of schedule. Then was told other parts were still missing, so date was still 12/31. This place is the worst. Had accident while in Maryland and my Geico agent recommended this spot. First let me say the receptionist is very nice in delivering the bULL that they tell her to tell you. I have received 5 different estimates dates. Told several time all the parts Was , there then when time to pick it up oh we don't have the parts or it's the wrong part. I have never dealt with a business that straight out lie to you. With no reasonable explanation . DO NOT INTRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR

Never again! I put my car in the shop on 9/20 it is not 11/2 and I still haven't gotten my car and no one calls and gives me updates on my vehicle. I am always placed on hold so long the phone hangs up. I will never bring my car there again nor refer anyone to this shop. It's ridiculous

Auto Body Evolution did a good job of fixing my 2021 Nissan Altima, but the only problem I have with this company is the following things. The time frame for getting the car repaired was off and it took them extra 3 days to complete the job. The second complaint is when I pickup my car I failed to notice they didn't remove and attach my MD State tag and mount to the front bumper. I noticed it was missing after week and a half after picking up my car. I have called Auto Body Evolution to see if they have or can provide any support but I'm getting a run around. Great customer service!! They kept me updated with my car & the website provided was very useful. Even though there were a few things I wasn’t completely happy with when my car was done, they managed to fix it right away. Paint department needs improvement!!
