This was a perfect getaway and just the right time. Everything went smoothly from booking to checking out. There was plenty of space and the views were spectacular. Whether it is just a quick Destin beach get-away for the weekend, a beach family reunion, or a Destin wedding, we will do our best to help you in any way possible. We are here to please! We feature one, two, three, and four bedroom vacation rentals that accommodate six to 13 people. We have both Gulf front rentals and Gulf view rentals (side views of the Gulf from the balcony) on Destin Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The Beach Resort community has one of the best pools in Destin! These condos have a larger than average one bedroom with bunk room/two bath floor plan making them the perfect place for a vacation for 2-6 guests. Beach Retreat is a luxurious Tuscan-styled complex on Destin Beach with a large private beach, gated entrance, 3,000 square foot heated private pool, hot tub, and exercise facility.
Here are three ways to get special rates and discounts on our Destin and Miramar Beach vacation rental homes and condos. Book directly with us and save! Bookings made through VRBO, HomeAway, and other sites have booking fees imposed by those companies. We cannot avoid the booking fee if you book through one of those sites.
Guests are urged to remember that the fun of your group should not prevent others at the complex from having a good time. Be respectful of others. Smoking is prohibited in all condos. If evidence of smoking inside the condo is found, the guest will be charged a minimum of $250.
If you smoke on the balcony you must provide and empty your own ash tray, not use the balcony floor to put out cigarettes, not throw cigarette butts off the balcony ($500 county fine if caught and eviction) or drop cigarette butts on the grounds.Please remember that smoke smell can carry into the units from the balcony so always keep the door closed.

This was our first trip to Destin and we loved it so very much! When I had to contact Renee to get in the gate, she was so polite and patient with me! I then needed help to get in the door to our unit, forgetting you needed to hit the # key first. Again, she was so patient with me. This is the only company we plan to deal with, as Laura and Renee are a class act. Highly recommend working with these guys!

Normally I go through sites that are rentals by owner and things have always gone well. This time after starting our search that way we stumbled across Beach Condos In Destin. So glad we did! Although we’ve always had luck, their process is much more thorough and I felt a lot more secure in reserving for Thanksgiving week. It’s a much more detailed and secure process in my opinion. We stayed had Maravilla condos and everything went perfectly. Renee and Laura are both very friendly and quick to respond and are excellent at what they do. BEWARE!
The lady that runs this business, Renee, is basically a horrible person. I’ve never dealt with such a mean, rude, and unprofessional individual.
My husband and I were all set to book a condo in Destin for next winter. Before we booked, I asked Renee via email about the cancellation policy for a specific condo for January 2020. She wording she sent me said that our deposit would be refunded outside of 120 days notice.
So we booked and paid our deposit upon her request. She then sent me the rental agreement with completely different wording for the cancellation policy, making our deposit

Family traveling for a week vacation been driving for seven hours finally get to the condo and was given the wrong code to get in. Had my autistic child with us so we were in a panic to get into the room. Finally got a hold of someone after calling a locksmith out and property manager not willing to pay for a locksmith terrible service do not suggest renting from here

Tried to book with this company, they advertised one price and we booked accordingly. Scheduled and booked our flights to work with our condo rental, only to receive an email hours later with a new price that was more than DOUBLED what we had booked with. Completely unprofessional and unreliable to do business this way. I would look for another booking company that doesn’t raise their prices once you have booked with them.
