I recently moved out of these apartments in August. I just got my deposit statement in the mail and noticed I got charged a late fee. I called the manager (Breanna) and at first she was fine, then immediately after she told me what the fee was for she became very defensive. She accused me of back dating a check and turning in rent a day late. I have never once paid rent late, so it’s suspicious that I’m accused of this only after giving my 30 day notice and vacating the premises. Anyways, I do NOT recommend this place. The manager is disgustingly rude, when we first moved in our place it was

"Bree", the manager, is the most rude and racist apartment manager I have ever met. I can scarcely believe that she has been allowed to treat people the way she treated me. The grounds are dirty and full of litter. I wouldn't live here if you actually paid me to. Of course, if "Bree" is removed from the equation I would reconsider
