Fox Towing

We were stuck on the side of Hwy 26 with a flat waiting for roadside assistance which was going to take 45 min. Juan was driving by and pulled over to offer assistance. Super nice and friendly, he offered to tow us back to our house instead of waiting for the other tow company, and was very helpful. I will recommend Fox every time because of Juan! Juan went out of his way to stop and help us on a very busy road can’t thank him enough.

Fox Towing is on time and very professional they responded to my call and arrived/delivered my car to the destination quickly. The price is affordable and straight forward about it(no hidden cost). I recommended Fox Towing for anyone that looking for towing service!

Called Multiple places first, Fox Towing was the only tow service to answer. They came out to help change our tire asap. Friendly, and timely for all the other calls they were taking care of. Would call again in an emergency. The price wasn't bad to boot.

When I had trouble starting my car and needed a tow, I first called a different towing company. But, I was unable to get a driver to my location in a fast time. I was told that I would get a call from an available driver in a few minutes. So, instead of waiting, I called Fox Towing and was given a wait time that was not too long after sharing my location and vehicle information. The Fox Towing tow truck driver named Justin arrived at least 15 minutes earlier than initially estimated, for which I was extremely grateful. Justin towed my car to a shop and after I was done getting my car dropped off

Hired them to tow cars from the parking lot of my workplace (when needed). Signs were free, they don't do preditory towing, and they patiently answered all my questions - over several phone calls. Highly recommend.

Our transmission went out just before we moved. We called for a tow from one apartment to another. Not only were they all friendly, but quick and SUPER helpful!

Everyone involved was courteous, professional, and pleasant. I called to have a car towed back to my place from a dealership and the driver, Justin, showed up quickly and was patient and good-humored as I finished up the paperwork. He got the car back to my apartment no problem and the transaction was as hassle-free as possible.
Will definitely use them again.

I called six tow companies, and only two even answered the phone. The one company recommended Fox for my tow (because it would be less expensive--and it was, by $35.

Jeremy (could have been Justin), the driver arrived at my house to tow the car and he could not have been nicer or more professional. Everything went smoothly. I recommend them with enthusiasm.

Had to move an old truck to a different residence. They met me promptly at the agreed up on time, navigated multiple weird driveways, and got my truck into a steep driveway without any problems. They also provided a jump to my roommates car without charge. Was friendly, and affordable.

Justin towed my car today after an accident and he could not have been nicer. Fast and friendly service, and a great price for a tow. I'll definitely be calling them in the future if I ever need a tow.

If I could give a negative star I would. My friend had a motorcycle accident, I called Fox Towing only to receive terrible service when I could barley hear them due to bad reception... when I expressed that I couldn't understand them his retort to me was, and I quote "good luck a$$-hole!"

So, to the public looking for help in a time of need... should you want zero empathy, zero help and rock bottom customer service... please, call Fox Towing, I'm sure they'll be happy to provide you with the same zero value customer service I received.

I have never heard a single good thing about a tow company ever. Theres a first for everything and let me tell you...
It was close to midnight and I would need a big flatbed trailer. I had called AAA first as I have a policy that I have had for years but apparently because the car was just purchased at auction and was not registered to me (the paperwork didn't matter) I was denied use of my tow option. First complaint I've ever had using my AAA but that's beside the point.
I called several local tow companies to arrange for a tow that I thought may cost more than the car was worth

I got into a very serious accident and Fox was the one who towed my vehicle away. If you notice in the picture the blanket covering the car, it was Fox's blanket they used to make sure anything inside my car was not damaged by the outside conditions. I was not at fault but they did not know that, they didn't know me, and they are the ones who took this picture when I asked them to do so and they did it gladly. Great place and thank you for allowing my family to come and gather my belongings with my consent.

I am updating my post from yesterday. Fox Towing has now sent me the information we needed. Sad I had to post this to get a response. However they did what I asked, so I am updating to a passing review.

My fiancé had to have her 2010 Murano towed to the dealer. Fox showed up late and the receipt they gave us was so lightly written, the amount could not be determined by our insurance company for them to reimburse us. Our insurance company called multiple times without any response and the person I spoke with seemed not to care about if his boss ( who is the person who sends copies of receipts

I never thought I'd yelp about a tow company but the driver was amazing. Fox Towing came to my house on Sunday night and got my 91 GMC full size Jimmy in my garage. It wasn't easy. It took a ton of work but the driver went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was patient, courteous and helpful. He had his dog with him that sat in the tow truck the whole time. I strongly recommend this company.

My girlfriend and I are travelling from Australia in an RV we purchased. We broke down on the I5 heading to Portland. We called around a few places but found Fox had the capability to tow our 27ft RV for a reasonable price. Due to a mechanic misunderstanding our tow truck driver Ben had to drive us to 2 different mechanics, he helped us out with a good rate and even rang around for a motel and a taxi for us while our RV was being worked on! Highly recommend. Professional and courteous.

My story...

This morning, I stupidly find myself locked out of my car. Thankfully, I had my phone in my pocket. I quickly Google towing companies around me and Fox Towing comes up - and so I call, PURELY based on all these great Yelp reviews.

Mistake.

The man on the other end of the phone was rude, super short with me when I didn't know my exact address (I am at a transit center, for god sake). He is hard to understand, and there is a Max going by - so when I have to ask "can you repeat that?" for the second time, he flat out yells his question at me. I tell him, "I will

These guys were great. Jeremy had some engine knowledge and recommended a decent garage to diagnose the issue. Overall good experience.

James was really nice and very quick. My car broke down in the parking lot of the Starbucks at Bridgeport Village (at lunchtime!), so he had just about the worst parking lot situation you could possibly deal with. Everything went super smoothly and they had the tow truck out within 15 minutes of me calling them. The tow didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Very good service.
