I can't even get them to call or email me back. Don't even bother. I got an initial response on my first email, someone asked for Information (nothing sensitive, but still) and then nothing....radio silence. Mind you, I responded to his email less than 12 hours later (he sent it at 9pm, I work very early in the morning and thus go to bed early, he didn't really consider that when responding to this review with such disdain) I've now emailed and called 4 times. You have apartments, I have a need to move. This could all be very simple.

I was very happy with Erick helping me find a tenant 2 years ago with him going above and beyond what I expected of him. I asked him again this year to look for a new tenant for me and to no surprise, he again went above and beyond. Because he knew I am out of town, he volunteered to help me meet the new tenants and handle certain mundane tasks with my new tenant. He also throughly review all the candidates and only present me with the candidates that meet the criteria I set. This saved me a lot of times to only review excellent candidates; instead of poorly qualify candidates. I will not hesitate

These people deserve less than zero stars. Straight up scam artist. They post apartments they aren't available and photos that are misleading. Example they have a 2bed 1 bath posted with photos of 2 different bathrooms!! When you inquire about the misleading photos they are down right rude. He insisted upon asking credit , income information before even introducing himself or showing any units. Very sketchy and unprofessional. Do your self a favor work with a more reputable company that has some decency in dealing with people. Total waste of time!!

Follow up 2: yelp has the option of reporting business owner comments that violate the Yelp code of conduct. I have reported Erick for slander since his claims are completely false. For everyone who had the same experience, go to Yelp on their webpage (not mobile device) and click on the flag under his comment. Let's get this liar off of Yelp!

Erickson does respond to emails quickly but I tried to call for more information. The “receptionist” who answered spoke in a very condescending manner. He asked why I was calling when I already had Erickson’s email and his tone made it seem like he was speaking to a child. I never and I mean ever hang up on people but we aren’t trying to use your service and we should be talked to in a respectful manner, so I did hang up.

My condo is up for a new tenant again and I immediately thought about iMove Chicago as they was able to find me a tenant quickly last time ( and a very good tenant ). Needed to rent my condo and had previously listed the rental with the Apartment People with little result. The entire process, handled by Erick, was great. He was attentive, prompt and provided constant communication on viewings and the entire process. The lease was drafted/reviewed quickly and he showed up in person to meet with myself and my tenant on several occasions.
I would HIGHLY recommend using them in Chicago. My condo was rented less than 2 wks after listing!!!

He actually met with me to show the unit various times and was completely honest and helpful when I needed information about both the unit and lease. I highly recommend Giovann; he is friendly, competent, willing, and flexible.

I ended up with a place that had everything I was looking for plus more great features that I didn't even think I would be able to find in my budget. Giovann helped me get my ideal move-in date as well. Overall he made the process very easy and stress-free.

I'm shocked by all of the negative reviews, be it I did not have interaction with Mr. Ocasio but I did interact with a tall black man (sorry I forgot his name).
Anyway, that gentleman treated me extremely kind, even though my credit wasn't up to par I left there not feeling bad about my self because he tried to work with me being honest the entire time and explaining to me what the owner wanted, which I completely understood.

Giovann was very helpful and professional as my roommate and I were looking for a new place. Though we chose an apartment not associated with iMove, we are extremely happy with the apartment we were shown. It ended up being our backup out of 9 places. Giovann tried finding the best apartments that fitted our requirements and we were pleased with those that were suggested. Will contact them in 16 months if we decide to not renew the lease.
