Accidently dropped my laptop that caused harddrive crashed and unable to start Windows. Ravin was a God sent savior for me! Not only he replaced my HD and recovered all my data from badly damaged harddrive, he also upgraded my Windows and did a lot of other good upgrades on it. Ravin's helped me out twice now, and both times, it was clear he's highly knowledgeable, with a wide-ranging skill set that's difficult to find in a single IT fix-it guy. As far as I can tell, his prices are fair, and he's got a pretty quick turnaround time.
