BE CAREFUL! The leasing agents don't ever know what's going on here, they're clueless. They send incorrect information over, then we get told something completely different from the assistant/manager after we move in.

They use the classic "well, it's in your lease" line... Buried in a giant lease with TONS of fine print and other policies that we were told "they aren't sticklers about that..." but yes, they are, and they will be constantly emailing you about things. But when you need to get a hold of them, GOOD LUCK. It's impossible. They don&apos

First let me say communication is terrible!!! We called like 5 times everyday just to speak to someone. They never picked up the first call. Second, we were told by the 3rd party and an employee at the office that if you are 18 yrs and older you would have to be an co occupant and credit doesn't have to be ran. So you're telling me if my daughter wanted to stay with and she had little to no credit her credit would be ran? Even if she has no type of income. We were denied bc of the co-occupants credit even tho my credit (the applicant) has good credit and passed everything! That's

I was hoping to get a tour of the place so I walked in to the front office and saw some free masks so I grabbed one. My first interaction with the front office was asking me to put it back if I have my own bandanna to wear. I decided to use the better mask and it seemed like they weren't happy with that. Not a good start for customer relations. I then went ahead with inquiring about a tour and they said they had to hold onto my military ID per policy. I declined and left.

Can't beat the amenities at this place! My daughters and I get to enjoy a year round heated saltwater pool, huge grilling area, hot tub, fire pit, and trail that leads to a dog agility park. My daughters simply love walking our dog to the agility park and teaching her new tricks! As a single mom it's great knowing we're safe here in this community. Havng a split bedroom floor plan is fantastic especially when the girls have sleepovers! I highly recommend this residential community!

First, let me say that this is my personal opinion from my experiences, issues, and thoughts of this complex. I'm going to give the good first, since it's a short list, then the bad. If you read the other reviews along with this one you'll see they line up. But before I jump in, I wanted to say that I have had more issues here in the short 5 months than I've had at any other apartment I've lived in.

The Good: The only good things about this complex is it's location to Powers Blvd, Chapel Hills Mall and the hospital. Also, the pool is heated year round.

The Bad:

This is an update regarding the mice. We moved here from Hawaii so all that we were used to were cockroaches and centipedes, little did we know about the furry guys being so hungry. The mice were after our dogs food which we leave in a bowl for them to eat in the kitchen. I guess you can say that every state has its own type of unwanted guests you have to get familiar with and know how to avoid them coming into your home. We absolutely love it here at the Lodge. Everyone has been nothing but helpful and courteous. We have been living here for a little over 5 months and have loved every second of
