Very unprofessional to work with. Takes over a week to get in touch with them. I don't think it's intentional, the owner is trustworthy, but clearly has too much on his plate and doesn't have the infrastructure in place to manage properties effectively. I have had several tenants reach out to me personally asking why repairs have not been completed... in months. I'm not sure what the management fee is for if they aren't managing the properties. I don't need to pay a middleman to forward me checks. It's 2 stars and not 1 star because the owner does do his best, but unfortunately it is not what I

Well, I've signed my lease now, I'm not so sure? I LOVE my 2 bedroom house; however.... At this point I feel that we are stereotyped. Some of us take pleasure in homes/apartments we are renting. And, would like for things to be in decency and order. There were items I had to replace and have fixed, prior me moving in.
The communication is lack there of. At first, all was well....then, the communication changed.
I'm not upset just another lesson learned.
But I do know that we should treat others as to how we would like to be treated!

Managed my property from June 2017- June 2018. I would definitely not recommend. Botched my C of O inspection on two separate occasions. Once by just not showing up, and again by not having the key. Very poor response rate by staff (except Jessica). Charged for "repair" of furnace without any explanation of what was "fixed". Charged almost $400 more than quoted price for "rehab" of unit. Took 6 months to place tenant, while previous management company only took a few weeks. Had to travel from Maryland to Rochester to get back money owed after several weeks of having emails ignored. Owners beware
