For urgent matters, calls can be made 24 hours a day to our office. During the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday our phones are answered by a receptionist. After hours we maintain a 24-hour emergency call out, through an answering service. You can leave a message either urgent or non-urgent with the answering service.

Our experience with the Woodbridge Group has been excellent so far. We moved into Genesee Riverview Townhomes 6 months ago, and have had many work orders completed by some great contractors. Kristen and Alyson have been very attentive to our needs and concerns. They are currently assisting us with an unfortunate experience that involved a masonry contractor that provided a very unacceptable service. Kristen and Alyson have gone above and beyond to resolve the issues. This whole association relationship has been a learning experience for my wife and me, as this is our first townhome. We are happy

Worst HOA ever!!!!! Do not move into any community ran by Tom Woodbridge AKA Woodbridge Group. They not only refuse to complete basic necessary ground upkeep (which is why you pay HOA dues), but they clearly mismanage your money. At Cedar Ridge we were told our HOA dues increased because of a fire. They are required to have insurance on the outside of our properties (part of our HOA dues) just like we carry insurance on the inside of our properties ( escrow or otherwise). If I have to file a claim I do not ask my neighbors for money. Why was there no money to pay for the repairs? Our dues are

I moved into my townhouse back in October 2020. This past winter caused some damage to walls within my townhouse. The Woodbridge Group has been very responsive- willing to go the extra mile to make any necessary repairs. It's rare to find a property management group with this level of responsiveness and high level of customer service.

This property management group is the worst. It is extremely difficult to get anything done. They are not responsive and the “gate keeper” is rude and sarcastic. We have talked to many homeowners who are unhappy with this group. A lot of people leave this complex because of the management company.

Shocked that they are asking $600 for road repairs during the pandemic. They quoted "due to current business climate they do not have a start or end date". I guess it never occurred to our board and Management company that maybe our "personal current business climate" may not be as sound as it was. When I phoned and said I could not pay due to losing my job I was told that's fine,but you will be charged a late fee. NO ONE IS CHARGING LATE FEES IF YOUR NOT ABLE TO PAY DUE TO LOSS OF INCOME. Regardless, they are playing fast and loose with our money. When I questioned the fee, I was told they signed

I will forever be singing the praises to all at the Woodbridge Group, particularly Tom, Lisa and Gloria. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. As a homeowner in the Inglewood Townhomes for 6 years, I was always impressed by how well the entire property was cared for. It was always a pleasure to come home to a well maintained neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Any concerns brought to their attention were immediately followed up on and resolved. The HOA fees relative to the services provided are exceptionally reasonable because Woodbridge Group and the board are always conscientious
