Dr. Chen is the sweetest optometrist I have ever met. Its like talking to you close friend while they look deep.into your eyes and tell you "you cant see but that's why I'm here" 😆 the staff is friendly. They all care about what you want. They are turning my late mother in laws frame into mine. They let me talk about her, cry,and laugh. They were patient with my husband. He was crying and paying. They didn't reach for his card, they waited until he composed himself to make a payment. My shy daughter is comfortable with him as well

I love coming and shopping here for glasses. The staff is amazing so friendly and very honest and professional. Dr.Cheng is really nice very easy to understand he’s amazing he’s very down to earth. I’ve bitten more than 5 pairs with them and I love how they have an amazing variety of colors and shapes I feel like a movie star every time I go in because I know I can trust there knowledgeable judgement and there sales and offers are great. They really try to help the patient.

I've been to several optometrist in the Houston area and while they're all great I feel that Dr. Eric Cheng and his staff really goes above and beyond. Dr. Cheng really takes the time to go over my concerns as I've had on and off blurriness in one of my eyes and took the time to go over several tests to make sure I understood the changes happening to my eyes as I start to hit my 40's. Everytime I go in the staff is very inviting and makes sure there's never a long wait and that everyone is attended to. This customer service is so nice I recommended this place to my mom and she was super happy with
