I really liked working here, and at first the manager Carla was super nice & sweet, but after one month, things started to change. I’ve never worked so hard in my life to please someone. She’s never happy, never satisfied, always complaining, takes all the leases (lied to me and said I’d get commission for the ones I did), a little mean at times, snappy, rude…. now I understand why the leasing agents come and go here. I really wanted to rent from this property but after 1 conversation with the Manager Carla I decided not too! She was rude to several residents while there, EVEN HER STAFF. I knew it would be a nightmare immediately. This is a nice property but not worth the trouble if you like living in peace. I really hope they find new management soon!

The staff is very rude and the lady on the phone had an attitude when i just had a question after she turned me away, i just wanted to know when a good call back time would be for her, and she hung up in my face!! Very unprofessional and a very poor reflection of the company i will not be recommending anyone stay here!! let alone live here!! please seeing another apartment complex 8/20/21 at 4pm

The management is awful, specifically the lady named Carla at the front desk has 0 customer service, she is rude and does not do her job. Anytime there’s a problem such as mice, no hot water, dryer malfunctioning etc. it is not fixed for weeks. Highly recommend looking for anywhere else to live other than Oakmont apartments.

I had a great experience my first 6 months of living here. At one point they decided to paint over existing parking that that i had been paying for every month. This created extreme chaos as they were selling the same spot to multiple residences. I reached out to express this daily and never received a call back or someone I could speak with. This created extreme chaos and with the there were even fist fights in the parking lot with people cussing and fighting in front of small children. I really noticed a large discrepency in the residents when i first moved in till when i moved out. I would come
