Where to start my son and his wife and new baby are sitting in a hospital do to the fact that they have no heat in there appartments after calling and complaining several times with no response from any one at the complex. Not sure anyone is there running the complex only time there is is when it's time to pay rent . These are small infants in the middle of winter NO REASON for there to not be heat in there home . There will be a lawsuit very soon . Not safe for your babies at the garden appartments .

I do not recommend this apartment complex for anyone. If I could give a 0 star review I would. When I got into this apartment complex Jackie was very responsive and kind. After I got into the apartment it was in the middle of summer and my air conditioner went out completely. I could not get in contact with anyone and this is even after calling the emergency maintenance number several times. I finally got response after sending an email. It took an entire week to get this problem fixed and my 2 children and I could not stay in the apartment because it was over 90 degrees. Not even mentioning the

Nothing gets taken care of, the cockroaches here are terrible. Mind you my family has never had cockroaches until living here. The “pest control” man they send doesn’t even do anything besides spray some chemicals here and there on the floor and leaves. Our bathroom sink hasn’t been working since we moved in and we have told them about it at least three times and no one bothers to fix it. Our toilet has to be flushed from the inside because no one will come and fix it. Also It was not very well cleaned before we moved in.

Have lived here for quite awhile, have never had any issues or problems. Yes it may take a while to get something fixed sometimes, but its understandable as there is only one maintenance guy for 90 units. If its an emergency it will get fixed pronto.The manager is wonderful, she will work with you if needed, just be honest with her. Its a quite cozy lil place to come home to daily.
