This is the most puzzling office I’ve ever visited. When I called for an appointment, they were very nice and scheduled quickly. The appointment itself took somewhere near three hours! Dr. Nemeth herself, though running behind, was friendly and helpful. (Perhaps a little too chatty and hence the running behind? But that’s ok). Ordering new glasses was an absolute joke. It was clearly an opportunity for them to upsell. I won’t mention numbers but by the time we were finished,even with my insurance, the cost was easily double what I’ve ever paid for glasses at any eye doctor in my life! After
