Great first visit for my daughter. The Dr. Was amazing, took his time and explained everything to her. We had some insurance issues the day before the appointment. Jill was super helpful, kind and patient why I got it figured out. Excellent customer service from Jill. Anytime I have called the person on the other line is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Fountain and his staff are the bomb. Just sent my teenage daughter to drive herself from school to the exam. She needed new frames as well. By the time I got there, Jill and Michelle had her all set with a cute pair of frames that didn't break the bank. I can't believe that I used to have to drive to Ann Arbor for eyecare. Highly recommend.

I have lived in several different cities and states like Washington DC, Boston MA, but the quality of service from Fountain Optical tops them all. Milan is a small town but Fountain Optical has latest state-of-the-art equipment. Dr Fountain is thorough and the staff does a great job with fitting glasses. So they deserve the five star rating!

Dr. Kevin Fountain was very efficient and detailed in working out my contacts and eyeglasses prescriptions. This was my first time to order progressive lens (nearsighted and reading), and my vision for both is now excellent!
The staff are friendly and helpful, especially when picking out frames. A very enjoyable visit!

I found my experience to be enjoyable and professional one. At this establishment you will encounter very friendly and warm employees who are establishing a relationship with everyone, old and new customers. The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable about the business of optometry and really take the time to get to know your circumstances and your wants and needs. I never felt like I was dealing with pushy sales person who was trying to up sell with things not needed, like another big box optometry stores I have visited. I recommend everyone to try them out. Had a great experience! Was in and out quickly. The nice lady that tested my eyes, she helped me pick out my glasses while Dr. Fountain was with another customer. She understood what style I was looking for, she knew a pair she felt I would like, and I made my decision within minutes! Love my new glasses, can't wait to get them.
