Thank you soooo much to the wonderful staff and doctor at Oracle vision!!!!! It was my husband’s appt and our 1st time there. We were sooo pleased with our whole experience at Oracle vision. The staff was very very friendly and thorough with every last detail, not to mention very patient!!! The doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time with us and answered every question with full detail!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Thank you for making our experience amazing

I have been going to Dr. Schwallie for over 20 years and have had an excellent experience each and every time I go in. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Schwallie is very patient and answers any questions or concerns I have. I give them a Five Star, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Oracle Vision Care.

They were very friendly and polite only thing is I have a disability I find it hard to say no to people lady asked me if I wanted to do a test and I stated whatever is covered from the grant if they gave me because I'm homeless right now and she asked me again and I have a problem with saying no to people so I said yes to that I knew I couldn't afford that would probably cost me I'm staying in a hotel for couple of days but I thought when I told her just 2 give me whatever the vouchers that the homeless Clinic gave me 2 cover whatever is covered by that she understood but I guess not. Can't say enough good things about Oracle. First, they keep things very clean. Very nice environment. Staff is very professional, kind and patient. Dr. Joe was very thorough in his explanation of my eye test and generous with his time. He even showed my pictures of my eye and explained how all of the elements of the eye work. Very glad I chose Oracle.

My wife and I are both new patients/customers at Oracle. Our experience was great. The process for Covid was clearly explained and signage easy to identify. The office staff was extremely professional and moved things along quickly. Dr Schwallie was clear, kind, and took the time to explain things in ways we understood it. I’ve worn corrective lenses for most of my life and was surprised to see that Oracle has technology I’d never seen before. The exam was comprehensive and ended with me knowing what all of my options were and what I might experience in the future.
