He graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1986.

Heather became a Licensed Optician in 2001 and joined our Pinnacle family in March of 2012. She not only takes pride in assisting her patients with their visual needs, but also the fashion side of eyewear selection.

Absolutely an amazing experience the quality of staff to the quality of vision I have in the end I can't say enough for what happened there feeling pretty amazing that there's still good companies and employees that enjoy what they do and make their customers feel as good as they should thank you all for the enjoyable experience and the impeccable vision on the first shot mind you I don't think it could be any better congrats on that I'm kind of a pickier person I don't normally do reviews so if you're all listening to my rambling these guys are where you need to go for a life changing experience

Overall, I was VERY pleased with my first-time experience at Pinnacle Eye Group of Sylvania. The staff is very friendly, always welcoming you with a smile. They take each patient's safety very seriously. Dr. Kleppinger was SO helpful! She was knowledgeable and compassionate. This was my first time with wearing contacts, and Pinnacle helped teach me everything I would need to know to be successful with this new experience.
The only negative review I have was the misinformation on the cost. I was told by staff exactly how much my contacts would cost when I came in to order them after my 2 week trial

I cannot adequately describe how incredible my experience was. They were professional from beginning to end. The time, care and safety each team member took was refreshing and welcome. I left with probably the first pair of glasses I truly love. Thank you Pinnacle Eye Center! You made wearing glasses an enjoyable experience
