My girlfriend and I lived here for a year and had a really great time.
For starters, the grounds are very nice and well kept. There is a nice stream running through the lot and they’ve built bridges which creates some nice, interesting walking paths.
Most of the staff was also extremely nice and welcoming. The location is also fantastic—just a quick walk away from the new Totem Lake Village. I also loved having a mail room with package lockers.
The one downside is that the apartments are are small and don’t have a ton of storage. There is also no covered parking if that is important to

I had a great experience living here for 2 years. I only moved to be within walking distance of my job. (405 traffic, amirite?) Joe was great maintenence, he was always so quick to respond and fix any issues and super friendly. All of the office staff were so accommodating whenever I needed something and even my move out ended up being smooth. I needed to extend my lease just slightly and they were so flexible with me! My only complaint was my upstairs neighbor was constantlu pacing for hours but it always quieted down during curfew and that's nothing the staff can do. Just part of living in an

Feels like a poorly remodeled hotel but I've included the list below of things encountered while living here.
Pros: location
Cons:
- Hair and bugs from previous occupant painted over in the bathroom walls
- Hot/ neighbors constantly smoking making it impossible to leave a window open
- Had a package stolen out of their package room
- Charged for the entire carpet on move out for the sole reason of owning a cat, which was disclosed and on the lease after the carpet was initially installed incorrectly per maintenance
- Charged to rehang drywall that was filled in upon move out
- The counters

Lack of maintenance,
When I first moved in, the door on of the cabinets fell off (day one), maintenance came by and glued it on... upside down. All the drains in the apartment were clogged, I had to buy a drain snake and clean them all, before anything would drain properly. Garbage disposal was completely clogged, maintenance fixed that. There was mold growing beside the tub. Several door stops were missing, along with some light bulbs, and currently I've had a washing machine that's been draining all over the floor for three months, several visits by maintenance without resolve and

Worst two years. Downstairs neighbors were loud, filed numerous complaints. Nothing was done. I was rarely in my apartment because I worked through the pandemic. I had no pets in the apartment and I took care of the apartment. I only hung ONE picture on the wall and I vacuumed DAILY. I still got charged for a carpet clean, repainting, etc. Place was a mess when I moved in. They took my security deposit for things that never needed to be fixed/cleaned. This apartment is a joke. No worries, I will tell my contractors to never set foot here. Look at the photos below and judge for yourself. NO EXCUSE

Stay far away from this place. I honestly don't understand how anyone can give this place 5 stars. Considering just the apartment complex and steep price point, at most you can give this place 3 stars. Interiors were shoddily renovated and they went with the cheapest options for everything. The bathroom is dated, has poor ventilation, and smelled of mildew on the day we moved in. Walls and flooring are thin and you hear every step the people above you take. While the website asks whether you're "ready to escape the noise of the city", the only thing you hear when you open a

Expect both bridges to be blocked off for a quarter of the year. They do this in case it snows or gets icy. That means for 3+ months you have to walk around, through the parking lot that has no sidewalks, with cars driving by, all for a handful of days with snow. This screams extreme laziness. Very annoying and unprofessional.
Updated to 3 stars because of management and how accommodating they were on my move out. (Still a bit annoyed with the bridges being closed 😆)

I appreciate how fast the process was !
I had it in my mind that I would take at least a week or two before getting any place but the lovely ladies😊 at the leasing office were quite quick and efficient. Didn’t even get to check out other apartments I had planned to tour that week.
I love nature a lot too so Vue’s environment will do just fine

*This is an edited review after some reflection.* I have been very happy living here and the management is very responsive to maintenance requests and questions, etc. For its location it is reasonably quiet and the neighbors are great. However, the on-site management was poorly equipped to respond to a recent flood event. It was a challenging situation as they were understaffed and it was the Christmas holiday. The on-site management (thank you, Amy!) was able to provide another available unit, but there was poor communication, little support and a rushed move-out. I was told to locate and organize

I am very happy with the service, professionalism, and generosity shown to me by Lindsey and the rest of the team at the Vue Apartments in Kirkland. For starters, my credit is not in the best place right now, but they were able to work with me and still get me approved very quickly and painlessly with a negligible addition of a half months rent to the security deposit I owed. While I was in the process of packing my things and getting ready to move in to my new home, Lindsey actually took it upon herself to create my account for me for my utilities bills, which I thought was a really nice touch

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The people who run Vue Kirkland and liars and thieves. I lived here for 20 months. I was having serious problems with an upstairs neighbor. He was harassing me every day with stomping on his floor, my ceiling at all hours, purposefully. He would watch me as I came and left my apartment through his blinds. Then he started to use his truck door to dent the door of my car, since our parking spots were next to each other. My black car paint was even evident on his white truck door and management did NOTHING. I felt unsafe and threatened for both myself and my young child so I spoke

This place is horrible!!!! I HAD MONEY STOLLEN FROM INSIDE MY STUDIO HERE!!! UNSKILLED MANAGEMENT!
For as much as I would love to say that my experience at Vue was great, unfortunately, it was horrible. For starters, $600 was stolen from inside my studio during the installation of the washing and drying machine in my first month there. About two weeks after I moved in I was notified to empty out my closets because some contractors would be entering the studio to install the drying and washing machine. They're super dog friendly.
Not sure why there are negative reviews, I actually hesitated to check this place out when I saw the reviews, but I thought I gave it a try. And I really enjoyed the staff and glad I had stopped by. I heard it's under new management.
My boyfriend and I have been living here for a few months and it's a great place to live. It's peaceful. Everyone keeps to themselves. So it's quiet. We enjoy talking to our manager, Gianna, and our maintenance guy. Nino is pretty cool. We called them for different maintenance, and they both have been very responsive

My wife and I have lived here for the past two years and it has definitely been pleasant. The gym definitely gives you what you need in terms of enough equipment. The pool is great to lounge around as well during the summer time.
The maintenance guy Dan was great and very personable when fixing our disposal and lighting fixture and was a great help.
The only thing that I wish there was an improvement on was the guest parking as many times there have been people who have parked in mine or my wife's spot multiple times, but that is about the only complaint I would have.
Definitely a nice

My husband and I have been living here for a year and I half and we truly can not relate to the 1-2* reviews. I agree that things here aren't PERFECT - but if that is what you are looking for then you should be purchasing a home, not renting an apartment.
The apartments are clean and well maintained. The pool and the gym are gorgeous and their new Parcel Pending package delivery system is so convenient and user friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and management responds to emails in a timely manner. The grounds are gorgeous and the location is extremely convenient!

Management/property ownership changes take time but for me this change has been for the better and as time continues it will get better. So far I have not had an issue with management not responding to emails and the issues I had not long after the take over have been resolved. This is my first time on my own and this is a great place to be as it is real close to transit and surprisingly quiet considering how close 405 is to the property. This is a pricey area to live in compared to south King County so utilities and rent are things I expected to be elevated and I also know that rates change through

PLEASE reconsider if you are looking to live here. Since new management has taken over around December things have been TERRIBLE, and I'm so glad that I've finally been able to leave.
First, the utilities are outrageous, for only myself in a studio apartment it is $180. The office is nearly impossible to get ahold of, never responding to emails or phone calls.
During my time here I have been disrupted with community "maintenance" that includes people climbing all over the roof during all hours, making "upgrades", and notices at least once every three weeks that

Note that this review pertains to the management people who were responsible for Vue Kirkland prior to 29th October, 2015.
This place was beyond a shadow of doubt the worst managed apartment complex I have ever come across. The former management (prior to 29th October 2015, since the management has currently changed) not only plumbed the depths of ineptitude and incompetence, but were also completely unresponsive and never around. To accomplish anything with them was virtually an effort in futility. To give you an example, I would walk over to the leasing office in person many times, only to find

I've lived here for a year and a few months with my boyfriend.
I love it here because its really quiet, there aren't many kids roaming around (at least in my building), lots of trees, a little creek/dog play area, lots of parking, a washer/dryer in MY unit (they are supposed to be adding more to certain buildings--we just lucked out big time that they were putting them in as we moved in the summer of 2013). Maintenance and the office are always with it and polite with answering our questions and fixing the things we need fixed. We feel really safe here and love it!

The walls are VERY thin- for my first year living there, I was blessed to have an almost silent upstairs neighbor... then I moved from a studio in the K building to a two bedroom in the D building, and life became hellish. Constant banging on the floors, and even just people walking up the outside stairs would shake my apartment. Voices could be heard as if they are right there talking to you instead of upstairs. Just awful, old construction. TONS of management changes, which is never a good thing. After many complaints about the upstairs neighbors holding youth group (drums, singing and all
