This home has Two Nice Size Bedrooms and One Full Bathroom. The Living Room is cozy. The Family Room reminds me more of a Parlor or could be used as a Formal Dining Room, it has a Wood Stove.

Worst management systems under new ownership from 2021. All new policies are unfair and against the tenants right. Reflection of very poor and cheap mentality, seems like the new owner is under serious financial crisis. Tenants often face the situation to think of filling lawsuits for harassment and violation of public rights.

What you see is not what you get. Too many pretty trees gone, pretty lobby gone, party room gone, trash bin was conveniently located is now inconvenient. All changes under new ownership is all about them, not centered around the quality of life for the tenents. Management and maintence crew is great. New owners horrible.

I have been living here for past 2 years and so far my experience has been very good. Management is very friendly and flexible. They usually don't take long to fix anything and they are always there to help out. I find this place very good for seniors as lot of them live here, they have their own get together parties in the weekends, some of them have been living here more than a decade,I find them enjoying the place and company around. At the same time I find lot of youngsters living here too.

Unfortunately, what was once a well kept property, is now showing the results of neglect.
Kids write graffiti in the years of grime that has accumulated on the back service doors. Instead of washing (a 5 min task w/a power washer), the words are wiped off leaving the grime buildup. The grate like covers in the elevators are either missing, busted, or covered in dust. The walls in the hallways are filthy with wallpaper peeling off. Dryers in the laundry room have been out of order for months.
Unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I have only been here 6 months and unfortunately have to move but I absolutely love it here! The management is amazing! I have not had one issue with my apartment since I moved in. Security doors, pool, work out room, party room, etc. It's very quiet here as well! I would definitely recommend these apartments.
