I highly recommend! I called and got an estimate based on how many miles I needed my car towed & it seemed reasonable to me. The wait was short, I don’t remember exactly but it was less than an hour. Everyone I spoke with was super kind, the guy who came out and towed my car was the nicest person, I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he had an average build, white guy with red/orange hair..anyway, he was literally the sweetest & so kind, he even walked with us to the car picking us up, said he wanted to make sure we were good! 10/10 recommend😊😊

I asked about a job 10 days ago via messenger, sent several reminders and answered a couple questions to finally be told to call, so I did. I was told someone would call me back, no one ever did so I called again to finally be told they couldn’t do it. 10 days of me pushing for an answer and finally be told they couldn’t do it! Ridiculous!

It's so hard to find a company that can safely tow a motorcycle. We had a flat tire and called AAA. It turns out that, even though we have RV coverage, AAA doesn't have a contract with anyone who specializes in towing these kinds of RVs. They called this company and secured them for the tow. We were told that it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours before he got there. We were pleasantly surprised when he showed up within an hour. He knew how to properly and safely load and strap down our 1800cc bike and then unload it. We were so happy that he chose to take the call (it turns out that if

I have always had bad experience here! The people are just plain rude they have no respect for anyone. We have had 2 vehicles from there and they have both been pieces of junk. I will never recommend this awful place to anyone! So don’t go to Charlies unless you absolutely want to be disrespected!!!!!

We had a bad day on the interstate when our trucks transmission went out while pulling our camper. Our roadside insurance service called them to help us out, they came out in a timely manner was able to drop… the trucks driveshaft in order to pull our truck and camper back to their tow yard and get it safely there in one piece. Every time we called Charlie’s (talked to Gary) to update on our situation as we had to go buy another truck, they were super nice and never once gave us the impression that we were a bother.

I was at my Dr's office in Corydon and went out to start my car and the battery was dead. Charlie's was recommended by a lab tech.
I called them and they were there in 10 min.
A nice, mannerly young man came and hooked my car up to be towed and he even got my wallet out of my car for me and helped me in the truck.
He treated me with the utmost respect.
I highly recommend Charlie's Towing!

One of their tow truck drivers tried running us off the road so we followed to get a plate picture and he got out and cursed us in front of our children even after I told him to watch his language on top of having a litle girl in his tow truck and driving eratically.He not only put other drivers in Danger but also the child in the vehicle in danger.Called Charlies to report them but they didnt act like he was doing anything wrong probably because they are all family so we filed a report on him at the local police station.Hopefully that will make this person think about his actions.
