Have not done landscaping other than mowing in two years roofers left cables hanging off buildings didn’t put down spouts back on called about it twice well over month ago main parking light damaged by hail… never fixed roofers left nails all over the place had 4 flat tires and 8 hrs of my life wasted waiting on repairs called to complain given roofers info sent them what they needed never reimbursed. Stepped on another roofing nail just the other day getting mail. When it snowed 1 branch broke on a tree so they cut all the branches off the tree for no reason except the dead one guy

The worst property service that I've ever dealt with . If you ask me this property service/HOA It's a joke I feel like I'm being Robbed every month I pay my HOA fees. There is no general maintenance to our property tons of dead Grass and Bushes Loose concrete. For years they have never maintained our swimming pool. And for years have been withholding the use of our swimming pool. And even though everyone else's pool is open now they are still keeping ours closed while we continue to pay our HOA fees.

Property management demeanor is disrespectful. Side note, rent was paid all the way through the pandemic. Managers seize on a pretext to allege a breach of the rental agreement and then use that as grounds for termination. A for-cause termination obligates no relocation fees, which makes this a tempting approach for the unscrupulous operator.… Managers intimidate tenants and even threaten them across the apartment transom. Menacing conduct or threats which can be construed to make a tenant fearful violate the rental agreement’s implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Intimidation

I have to admit I was a little scared about renting from a property management company. Wendy at APS has been wonderful to work with. Any time a have a issue or a problem she is on top of it. Wendy even went as far as having a maintenance person come to my house before going to hers for a furnace problem! It is nice knowing that someone really cares. Thank you Wendy and the staff at APS!

By far the WORST HOA I have ever been involved with!! These con artist take over my community's management then all of the sudden our dues go up $50.00 A MONTH!!! Then provide the worst services possible! Snow removal between 12am and 4am, terrible lawn care, and the cheapest insurance out there. Do your community a favor and avoid them at all costs!

Rude and incompetent front desk staff at Fort Collins office. Loveland office is more pleasant. Fees that aren’t discussed in detail in lease agreement upon moving out. A property management company should not charge the tenant to clean carpets that aren’t damaged by the tenant. Cleaning of carpets should be the responsibility of the property owner, not the tenant UNLESS damage has occurred. Joke of a company for various reasons besides this.

There was MOLD in my ceiling and WATER POURING out of my vents. Fast forward A MONTH and they FINALLY send people that don’t know how to show up on time let along communicate with each other. Come home from… work and my front & back door are WIDE open and music BLASTING and what was done?! NOTHING.. went from “this should takes day” to “a week or 2” and ALL I asked was to be put in a hotel (they only get paid $200/month) until the job is done (NOT including the cleaning of MOLDY DUST ALL OVER MY FURNITURE!!!!) This company is full of cheap and rude people

If you’re working with Shawnda (or how ever her name is spelt), stay clear of her. She’s extremely unprofessional. Don’t call, leave a message to have someone call you back then call again just to say the same thing for a THIRD time. That’s harassment at that point. I got it the first time that you don’t want us to rent there. Also, don’t tell… someone they can’t afford a place when their monthly income definitely exceeds 3x the rent the way it says you have to. You don’t get to determine what people can and can’t afford just because
