Sofi and specifically you - had multiple opportunities over the course of moving out to communicate professionally, and effectively. You in particular stopped returning and answering our calls and provided minimal support. This resulted in an extremely negative experience and I would CAUTION PEOPLE TO MOVE HERE. Be careful about move out - they do anything in there power to avoid providing tools and resources for a successful move out. Thanks!

Make sure you have all communications with leasing office via email. You never know when a debt collector will call and harass you asking you to pay for something which was already taken care off; where the leasing office claims “it was a new software error”.
My move out experience was the worst at Sofi out of the four communities I have lived in Bay Area. I kept hearing the new software excuse the whole of last month of my stay at Sofi.

Very rude residents and management. My car broken down by their apartment complex and some of the residents came out and try to flight with me because my car is slightly blocking the entrance (blocked about 10% of the entrance area).
As you can see from the picture, any normal people should have no problem getting out or in. Instead of offering any help, some residents are aggressive and trying to hit me.
Some were yelling at me trying to start a road rage, unbelievable. I do not recommend this place, the apartment might be well manged but the people and the residents living there are total nightmares

Quality of the apartments and staff are good and responsive in general and maintenance was good as well. Some of the regions are very noisy due to a close-by carwash and El-Camino so be wary of that. Cleaning fee (170), Carpet (80), partial paint (230 minus a credit based on how long you stay) was a bit steeper than my expectations but not unreasonable.

Sofi apartment complex looks nice but as someone who was looking to lease the apartment had a bad experience with the whole thing.
We had gone to see 1 bedroom apartment last Sunday and got a quote for 12 month rate at x value but by the time we went to do application form they had increased the rate by 200$ in 7 days for same apartment for 12 month lease. Now they are saying you can get the same rate for 9 months which is crazy as they had wrote it down the rate for 12 months and apparently the office can change the rates within 24 hours ( even in Covid times).
