Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Unprofessional, non responsive, staff is terrible when and if you can connect with them, they kept my money due to wildfires even after they said they would refund the entire amount. How am I supposed to use $6k in credit over the next year! Steve needs to get a clue.

I booked at south Lake Tahoe for myself and two other families. About a week before our trip a wildfire broke out about 30 miles from the location. I reached out to inquire about air quality and for safety. They didn't directly answer my questions and just stated the skies looked fine and that there were still time of visitors. So we waited to see how things would go. As the week progressed, the air quality became over 200 ppm. This is extremely unsafe to breathe for anyone, much less for the 3 infants and 2 others with asthma in our group. We reached out to request cancellation and were told zero

I was only going to choose a beachfront resort. I did not want the hills or trees to obstruct my view. I had had enough of greenery and leaves for one life. Now what I wanted was to look at the endless ocean. The property manager at South Lake Tahoe vacation home rental was able to locate the ideal rental property for us within a week's time. Highly recommended!
