Liz DeLuca- owner, operator of Red Roof Catering for the past 25 years. I was trained by my husband's Italian grandmother when we were first married and have carried those recipes and skills into my present profession. Red Roof Catering is a family-owned and operated business in Holland, MA since 1994.
I contacted Liz DeLuca at Red Roof Catering through Thumbtack for my daughter's wedding reception and am so glad I found her! She responded very quickly to all my messages. She gave me wonderful, expert advise and guided me to a menu choice that my daughter and I were very happy with, and she helped us stay within our budget.

Liz at Red Roof Catering recently catered our September 2021 wedding at Oakholm Farm Estate for approximately 150 people and we couldn’t be happier!! From the delicious tasting back in November that sealed the deal, to her attention to detail with accommodations for our guests with any allergies or dietary restrictions, and the presentation of the buffet were all top notch. We heard only rave reviews of the entire buffet, but especially of the beef tenderloin and the fresh waldorf salad. Liz and her staff at Red Roof Catering were absolutely fantastic to work with. Liz catered our menu for our wedding on the 26th of June at Oakholm Farm Estates and we couldn't have been happier with the food, presentation and service from everyone involved.
To say we set her a challenge was an understatement as we had a travel themed wedding and had food from around the world including a Greek Station, Thai Station and an Indian Station. She couldn't have done anything better. The food was nothing short of amazing and we had nothing but compliments all night.

I had Red Roof Catering for my daughter's wedding. Liz is so wonderful to work with because she is so communicative and professional. Very reasonable with price. The food was to die for! Everyone at the wedding said it was the most amazing food they ever had at a wedding. The place settings were beautiful!She made our day very smooth and our guests loved her! I would highly recommend Red Roof for any of your catering needs!

My experience using Red Roof Caterers was excellent. Liz was very helpful, prompt, and her food was delicious. (I especially liked the pulled pork sliders and crab cakes.) We ordered only a few appetizers for the start of a small family party, and Liz's set up was beautiful for our small order. I didnt have to worry about any of the food getting cold or leaving it out; she served everything in nice warming trays, which she discreetly came back for later, so my work was very minimal, leaving me so much extra time to enjoy my event and time with my guests. Love Love Love - Red Roof Catering! The chicken piccata and salmon Liz made for a recent even I attened was out of this world. She uses simple fresh ingredients and the results are mouthwatering! She is a pleasure to work with - always delisious hot food served on time and with a smile! I highly recommend!

I have been using Liz for catering for many years, and she is amazing. Food is always incredible, she is always on time, and has a great price. One amazing thing is that she really takes the time to think about nutrition. Her Shepherd's Pie is made half beef, half ground turkey just to reduce the fat content. I can't possibly say enough about her.
Just a mention- she also has a store in Sturbridge as part of McNuck's (I don't think I spelled this correctly) on Route 20 in Fiskdale. She serves hot lunches, plus an option of cold "heat on your own" foods that are incredible
