I noticed that this apartment complex uses parking permits placed on the outside of the vehicle on the lower portion of the windshield. What if someone decided to go a scratch off your sticker and your car is towed? What other apartments do to prevent it: 1. Use parking permits that hang over the mirror or 2. use parking permits that are placed on the inside of windshield similar to state inspection stickers. This will prevent vandalism!!! Not a sermon, just a thought. Especially when you have a contractual agreement with a towing company.

Lived here back in 2015 and loved it. Staff was friendly and had no real issues. Moved in again, at the end of 2018, and had a horrible experience. First apartment they wanted us to move into was completely unfinished and parts of it was destroyed by a dog so they let us choose another unit which delayed moving furniture. Then when we finally
got moved in the air conditioning never worked properly. Had to contact management about this issue. Attempted to fix the ac unit over six times and saw no results, they even cut a hole into my bedroom ceiling “to help with the air flow”, and all that

Beware of these people... think before you lease an apartment here. Staff is not courteous and the manager ('Beverly' i think) is very very rude and arrogant
To be frank, i shouldn't give even a single star for this. I stayed here for almost 3 plus years and had to break my lease to move out to another city. I cleaned up entire apartment so neatly and everything was absolutely fantastic except few wear tear issues seen. Despite this, they overcharged me which is not justifiable at all. So think million times before you choose this apartment

After “losing” my apt key, no maintenance was done for about 2 or 3 months. I started noticing spiders so I went to the office to have them do maintenance and make a “new copy” of my key. Fast forward a few weeks and they thought it would be a great idea to move the dumpster in front of my building. Now I’ve found roaches, including baby roaches every other day. Oh and this is after they left a note saying they sprayed about a week ago. But I do have a big balcony that I love..

We live here for years and we love it here! We love our neighbors and so peaceful. Phil is such a great person and great property manager with a good heart and cares a lot for his tenants. The maintenance guys always fix the problem right away. Whenever you're having problem or just need air filter change, you don't need to wait long hours or days or weeks like other apartments does. I definitely recommend Ansley Walk Apartment for family and pet friendly apartment.
