Don't Miss The Virtual Tour! Villa Beach lies within a five minute drive to the nearest beach Yacht Club Beach and to downtown Cape Coral whith restaurants and stores. Tiki-umbrella with big wooden dock and space to dock your boat. Villa Beach has a fantastic view of the canal it sits on. Western exposure with sun almost the entire day as well as a view of the sunsets during the evening.

Cape Coral has about 335 days of sunshine per year. The other days have changing clouds, thriving green all year round. The temperature of Cape Coral / Fort Myers is subtropical Spring (Feb-May) sunny with occasional showers. The temperature varies between 20-30 C degrees. Summer (May-September), sunny with no evening burst.
After the pirates, the island became home to several Indian tribes, and you can still see remains behind them. There are huge heaps of shells that the Indians threw in after harvesting their contents. The island's restaurant was named "Dollarbaren" since a guest many years ago attached a dollar bill on the wall as evidence of its appreciation.
