I love how easy it was to book our vacation through Vacanza. From check in to check out the process was smooth. We stayed at the Villa Island Getaway with another family. We had forgotten some essentials and had to take boat back to a little store to get it so make sure you stock up with everything you may need. It was paradise on an island. Yes an island! We also took the included boat island hopping to restaurants nearby and chartered a fishing trip for a day where the guide picked us up at the dock!! Will definitely book this home again.

Cannot say enough about how poorly this company is run… Sent several emails prior to our visit… they were never answered…Which should’ve been a clue! Although the house was nice and as represented in pictures…My main complaint with this company and Home is I had two requirements enough bedrooms and a hot tub that was it! The hot tub worked the first afternoon we were there… And then did not work the rest of the time ….repair people were sent out but it could not be fixed … I was told it needed a new control panel… From the looks of the control cover that ran the heating Of the

Vacanza takes pride in their rental properties and they work hard to make sure the properties are in pristine condition. The is critical since homeowners often do not live nearby to maintain the properties themselves. Pools, lawns, interiors and exteriors are all routinely scrutinized to ensure the best experience for vacationers and peace of mind for homeowners.

We have been renting properties from Vacanza Rentals for many years and are very satisfied with our rental objects that lived always up to the promised features and condition. One year we had a problem with a dishwasher that broke down during our stay and it only took them one day to replace it with a brand new one. We will be continuing to work with Vacanza Rentals for our rental needs in and around Cape Coral.

We have stayed at this house for 2 weeks in March of 2020. We have thoroughly enjoyed the house with its pool and location over canal. It is actually larger than looks in the pictures, well furnished, and very clean.
Communication with Marie and Erin was excellent - prompt, flexible, friendly. Highly recommend this place

I recently rented a home Vacanza managed and could not have been more pleased with the service they provided. From the very start of our booking, throughout the stay and afterwards to settle up things like security deposit, utility charges and such, Vacanza Rentals was right on top of everything.
Despite it being their busiest time of year, Marie, Erin and Fredrik responded immediately to any inquiry we had. We had a couple glitches with the property, which can happen, and they were right on top of it.
I’ve read some negative reviews here and think it needs to be remembered that Vacanza provides
