A couple of years ago my husband and I spent a few weeks in Cape Coral hoping to escape a bit of winter. We happened to stay in Cape Harbour, and enjoyed it so much that we wandered down to Chris's office to see what we could work out for the following year. Chris was awesome, totally charming and helpful and was able to find us a much better deal than we had gotten for ourselves on VRBO, for two months in a penthouse apartment. Cape Harbour is our home away from home! We have been going down there for 10 years now and every year it gets better! It’s so convenient having the shops and restaurants there along with the Farmers’ Market and weekly bands. Unit 1419 is stunning with the best views across the river to the Sanibel bridge. Cape Harbour is a gem in SW Florida!
