If you pay $200 for an application fee,, your getting ripped. No matter your income. Do not ever pay more than 50. For an application fee.
The office staff particularly Derrick if that's his real name, will not cooperate with judicial orders or even talk to you face to face like a human. I would not trust the office staff here to do things correctly or legally. Expect to get ripped off and screwed over if you decide to live here. Fair warning given.

I was told had the apartment and all of a sudden I didn’t make 3x the rent which was like $900 and something. However, I turn around and went to another apartment complex and got approved for $1100 a month so I’m not seeing how I didn’t make the right amount of money. I mean the apartment complex is very nice and all but I ended up paying $200 for application fee and admin fee which I couldn’t get back so if you are looking to move there make sure that you will be able to make 3x the rent and make sure that you are really going to get the apartment especially if you spend your money on
