I travel to Warrenton several times a year for a few days at a time, so I was looking for a gym that didn't have long contracts. K4 fit that need perfectly -- they let me purchase a week at a time whenever I need, for only $10! The rates at this gym are a steal of a deal (and no contracts / sign-up fee!) and if I lived in Warrenton I would certainly be a member full-time. The facility is clean and safe, and I love that they're 24-hours as well.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made choosing K4 as the gym to workout at. Only in town temporarily for the holidays, but have no regrets reaching out to workout here! The owner is very friendly, and really makes you feel welcome! The overall vibe of the gym is nice, not overwhelming for beginners and still has all the equipment needed to get in a solid workout no matter what your fitness goals are. It seems like the people who lift here understand what they have and take good care of it. If I ever move back to the area or find myself staying an extended amount of time, I have no problem giving

Couldn’t speak more highly of this facility, feel like it is one of the last REAL gyms out there. I’ve worked out at a lot of places in the US and abroad and I honestly have to say this is my favorite. I stumbled on this while staying with a friend short term, so coming to a facility from out of state can be not fun. The staff (people!) made it seamless and easy, very nice. Some of the equipment is dated but everything that I would work out with in a fitness center or high end gym, you can do here. The members understand the value of what they have, protect the equipment from unnecessary damage

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I had been taking classes before the new owners took over and had never had any problems. Once the new owners came in we were promised a bigger area to work in and keep our same times. Once one of the instructors came in to do classes everything changed. The instructor was very rude to our instructor and yelled at all of us in regards to an issue that should ve been addressed to our instructor only. I have never been so bullied and shocked at the instructors outburst towards us and not letting us speak. The owner sided with the instructor when the
