After 26 years of practice, my decision to retire has been a difficult one. Challenges with my physical health, specifically my hands and my back, along with the care of aging family members has given me clarity in my decision. However, the amazing professionals at Keizer Family Dental Care will still be here to serve you with the quality of care that you are used to.

Simply the best dentist office/practice in the Salem/Keizer area. Called them for an emergency visit on the weekend and within 30 minutes of leaving them a voicemail message I was able to schedule my mother for a visit the same day. She was able to be seen, get treated, and out the door after a tooth extraction. Dr. Darcy Olander is incredible. No change with Dr. Iwahiro’s retirement. Highly recommend.

Staff brought me in right on time and went to work. Good communication for today's agenda and frequently checked on how I'm was doing during the process. They were thorough in their work and left. me with clear understanding of what to expect with my next visit. Glad they are the folks taking care of my dental needs.

The dental hygienist was great for her I would give 5 stars. The young male dentist leaves a lot to be desired. First instead of having a seat and talking to me he try’s to take a power position of standing and talking down to me. This doc receives 1 star if I could give him no stars and a better chair side manner class I would.

Been coming to this dental practice since before it was called Keizer Family Dental Care. My first dentist, Dr. Copeland was great. Dr. Marc took over when Dr. Copeland retired and changed the name. Dr. Marc was so personal I really enjoyed going to see him even though he was a dentist! Dr. Pak was also equally friendly and fun.
Met Dr.Darcy and her assistant Melissa this morning, both super friendly. They explained what they they were doing and what they found in understandable terms. They left me very comfortable that my mom's selection of this practice over 65 years ago is going to continue

There was no wait time and I was received in a very pleasant manner. My cleaning was completed efficiently and professionally. The hygienist seemed concerned about my comfort and well being. The dentist answered my questions regarding a planned procedure clearly and thoroughly. Her knowledge was impressive. I left the office with a good knowledge of my dental condition and the options for treatment. Time well spent.

I truly can't say enough about Keizer Family Dental. I have been a patient here for 27 years and recommend them to all my family and friends. The staff are all amazing and go out of their way to make sure their patients are taken care of. They work with me to get me in quickly if I have an emergency, they even worked hard to get my daughter in when she was visiting and had a crown fall out. When my elderly mother was unable to get out of bed, they even made a house call to help her. I have dental anxiety and they are very gentle, explain everything as they go and work very hard to make me as comfortable

Highly recommend Keizer Family Dental. They are warm and friendly and great at what they do. Our family has been going to KFDC for 20 years. I've recommended them to friends and none of them have been disappointed. However, if you are a grouchy pants type person, please go somewhere else - these kind people deserve to have kind patients!
